At about 4:on Thursday, April a manager from this business called me to ask how to settle this disputeI told him that I would like the amount I paid in excess of the original quote refunded ($335) I further asked the business be sure to provide a written quote to customers whenever possible and also not perform work that greatly exceeds the original quote without authorization The business manager agreed to refund $and also accepted my suggested business practices I believe that the manager of the business appreciated my perspectives and has taken this matter seriously Accordingly, based on the understanding set forth in this response, I accept the business's verbal response

*** *** ***On March 17, , we were contacted by the customer *** ** *** *** ** ** *** ** to perform a Water damage located in the basement in the houseAfter my inspection, I gave the ballpark estimate of $ 1,200.00*** *** *** was aware that it was very difficult to
give an accurate estimate , After days the job was completed and we came up with all the services itemized in the invoice.I understand that the bill was $ 1,more than expectedWhatever, we went through the bill together and then we agree on a final payment of $ 1, Some of the items of the bills were wave to their advantage .This final Payment was an agreement between Global Carpet Cleaning & Restoration 's representative and the customer. *** *** missed all the points .In terms of Water damage, there is no way to give an accurate estimate , because as you proceed with the job you don't know what damage you going to be find.Once again, I understand *** *** frustration about the bill, that's why on day we went through the invoice and reviewed it with all the explanations.(extra costs)Here are attached the copies of: - Review invoice - Work authorization- Final paymentI do not understand why on Day we agreed and now *** *** changed his mind.The check that I received from *** *** was a posted check of $ 1, based on our agreement.We would like to resolve this issue resolve as as soon as possible.Thank you for your cooperationDaniel D***Global Carpet Cleaning & Restoration***

I understand that the bill was $ 1,883.15 more than expected. Whatever, we went through the bill together and then we agree on a final payment of $ 1, 535.00 . Some of the items of the bills were wave to their advantage .
This final Payment was an agreement between  Global Carpet Cleaning & Restoration 's representative and the customer.

Review: A month ago, Global Carpet Cleaning and Restoration came to my home on [redacted] and picked up my dining-room rug for resizing and cleaning. The purported owner, whom I spoke with, was named Daniel. He gave me receipt number [redacted], with a price of $769.99. He was to deliver the resized rug to my new residence last week at [redacted]. I have a new phone number, and have been trying to reach someone at the company to schedule delivery. No one answers the phone; in fact, the recording says it is a different phone number with a D.C. area code. No one will call me back. I am afraid the company has gone out of business, or has just stolen my expensive rug.Desired Settlement: and return my rug.
