phone I am the engineer in the back in that time December 3 my customer ask  me to replaced glass on  iPhone 5s screen her dad is my regular customer During replacement screen I saw the battery was not good actually  it was swelling inside the phone and  it damage the screen I called the customer and I asked them I cannot replace the screen without changing battery because it  will brake screen again the battery swallowing and screen not gonna fit I do charge normally $65 and I asked them I can do it for $20 customer say yes I'll fix it and I gave to them I charge $80 screen and the battery which is a discount price and couple hours later her mother call me I wasnt  very nice conversation. She was accusing me and cursing me that I'm not in the right business I told her what happened and I told her I have the camera I can prove it but I still apologize for miss understood and I asked them I can refund the battery anyway her husband came after couple days I show the battery and I explained to him everything he was my regular customer that's why he sent  his daughter to me he understood I gave him $40 store credit $20 refund for the battery he was very happy he was very pleased and this problem has been resolved I like to share you with you guys my customer fill up form before my service and I like share you guys my reviews on [redacted] and my business the best place in the [redacted] always try to my best and I'm so sorry about this hopefully you guys will understand have a great day if any questions please reach me at [redacted]
