It was nice to talk to you over the phone about the customer complaint that youreceived after the review of this noticeI would like to respond to you that the customerhad a broken screen of the cell phone, [redacted] Galaxy ***, and she wanted to fix itSheagreed to fix it and before we began fixing it, we told her our store policyWe asked herto read the policy and sign if she had read it which she did and signedAttached to thisletter is a copy of our store policyAfter we fixed her phone, she made a couple of phonecalls to test that it was working in full condition which it wasShe seemed very happyand she paid and left the store.The next day she came with her husband with a broken screen and she told methat her daughter stepped down or dropped the phone and it had brokenWhen sheasked to fix her phone for free, I denied her request because it was not part of our storepolicy which we reminded her ofAnd then her husband began using bad words at meand discriminating me and they threatened to complain against my businessI have been doing this business for the last years in the [redacted] Mall and Iknow my duties and how to perform with the customersI am very professional and kindand will do anything that I can to make the customer satisfiedI am still very happy tohelp the customer who complained against my business and will offer her-a new screenout on the cost priceI will give her the warranty which states that if her phone has anytechnical difficulties, she can bring it back and we will resolve the issureBut we don'tcover any broken screens after the fix or installation of a new screenIf you have any,questions or concerns, please feel free to give me a call or contact me at [redacted] Thank you for your cooperationSincerely, [redacted]

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I would like the Revdex.com to look into this businesses products and see that they are faulty and not manufatured by *** as claimed by the company If this is TRUE the company must stop lieing to the consumer and tell them there buying a cheap screen that WILL break I can further tell you my daughter did NOT do this to the phone which is a claim I did read the policy and agreement yet did not see the way they so carelessly applied this cheap screenI am not a cell phone repair expertI am a consumerTo the consumers eye the product seemed fit at a glance I trusted that this shop was a good business repairing phones correctly yet they failed miserably After this screen was CORRECTLY repaired by a proper repair shop I have yet to have any issues with this screen When a company repairs an item correctly..IT works!! Ha this company is trying to make a quick buck with products FALSELY advertised I still would like a full refund
