Mr [redacted] made a purchase at Affordable Excitement and used ourservice to finance itIn the agreement he was to make a series ofbiweekly payments over the course of a year to pay for itThe total ofwhich amounts to the cash price plus about 17%Thus far he has defaulted on of the biweekly payments to dateTheywere returned NSFThose payments were represented and according to ouragreement with the store we have to add in a return fee when thecustomer bounces a paymentThe same as if a person bounces a check. There was no additional interest or other fees added Looking at the notes on the account there might be confusion over twopayments that he bounced One for and another for Bothwere returned NSF and both were representedThese were not one in thesame paymentThey were two separate items from April and the otherApril 17.The seven payments have been recoveredThe balance of the paymentschedule is for the remaining payments or if paid priorto the next scheduled debit date on Oct If he wises to pay thebalance early and save some money he can call us to do so or just letthe final payments be madeAs to the allegation of cops showing up at his door, it wasn'tsomething said herePerhaps he is confusing us with his call to thestore where he made the purchase at since he defaulted on his promisedpayments to them

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved RegardsP.S, My check didn't bounceMy account was temporarily closed due to a compromised debit card [redacted]

If a merchant's application is ultimately rejected we return any funds collected That's per the agreement and what we did, returned the $ There isn't anything else to do

Although there is a claim of confusion over who is who the doctor did notice how our documents contradicted what the sales person promised Our confirmation process consists of contacts, the contract which is followed by e-mails, faxes, and one phone call over a period of a few days This began on Feb and ended Feb 5th In each instance instead of contacting us directly as we requested at the number provided she allegedly called the sales person for clarification The only differences between the agreement she sent us she did sign and the one the sales person sent were with the initial fees charged Instead of a setup she agreed to pay we billed and Discounts don't void agreements and these were specified in the confirmations before we ever billed them The fact she was aware of differences in fees, names, and promises should have provoked her to say something during our call to her on Feb 5th or as a follow up to the faxes and e-mails we sent prior That's why we send the documents and make those calls, to root out any inappropriate agreements which gives us the chance to avoid or reverse charges made before commissions are paid She chose to remain silent even while knowing there were two agreements in place one of which was secretly withheld from us by her During that process we were led to believe by her and the sales person that all was ok My question is why hasn't this doctor filed a complaint against [redacted] and Globalcheck health care? She was aware the sales person wasn't being truthful, withheld it from us, and waited until after we paid the sales person the commission to demand we give it back Now she is in default of the agreement she did sign and told the bank she doesn't know who we are to avoid paying the ongoing fees by claiming them unauthorized We're dealing with that as a separate issue of fraud

RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. This response is unacceptable and offensiveTo begin a response with "as for the woman" is inappropriateI did NOT attempt to open multiple accountsI submitted my DL, bank account statement and all other information as required by this "business"Your DL number is the way you sign into the account to check the status...therefore there isn't multiple accounts that I attempted accessI recieved approval for this ONE account and called the vendor I attempted to do business with to complete the transactionThe busniess then was responsible for securing the green light from Global Check..a process that they developedI was then called by the vendor and told that Global Check's system crashed and that I needed to resubmit everything....which I didI was then asked for more bank statements...which I providedIt was only when I called I was told by "***" that I did not qualify. The issue at hand was the demeanor and conversation of the employee (which was witnessed by others as she was on my car bluetooth) and that was the nature of my complaintThe idea that I am "banned" from a service I never used based upon the incompetence and willfull misrepresentation of the employee and this response to my complain is absurdI would like to see these "differrent licenses" especially considering that the submissions are JPEG files uploaded by camera phoneLogic would dictate that difference licenses would require different addresses This is clearly a cover of inept employees and reprehensible customer service and I would not be surprised if "***" herself wrote this response as she indicated that she was the "highest I could go" in the organization. It is my hope that anyone who has to interface with this company is prepared to deal with a lack of professionalism and disorganizationMy complaint as written previously and now still standsI am sure that those who are able to rationalize will be able to clearly differentate between my commentary and the rebuttal offerered by this "business" Regards, [redacted] ***

As for Mr *** who complained about not getting charged for thepurchase he made. We thank him for his honesty in keeping up on hisdebts. It was a mistake in that we did not forget about him bouncinghis prior payment. We usually do not represent a bounced item untilsome time in
the future when we're fairly certain it will clear. We dida few days ago

Before beginning, the Revdex.com system isn't permitting attachments to be added. If the Revdex.com fixes this issue we'll post themIn the interim this describes what led to her being rejected We received the application from *** *** on June 2. On that same day we e-mailed and
faxed a confirmation and bank account verification request to herThe confirmation lists the fee schedule and terms of service. The account verification is a request to comply with her bank in sending us current bank account balance and activity. We transfer funds to merchant's accounts based on promises made by them and their customers so we have a need to determine solvency and stability of a business. In the confirmation it discloses a $marketing material fee, same as on the applicationWhen we receive an application our presumption is it was sent in good faith with legitimate documentsThe marketing material fee was sent out on the morning of June 3rd as an ACH once the application was preliminarily accepted based on the business type given. ACH debits usually take a few days to post. Later that same day we began to find inconsistencies in her application while performing the underwriting examination The medical license provided did not return as validWe ran her name and the license number on the certificate which is This number is an incorrect length for a NY Medical license. The passport given us for ID doesn't appear to be genuineThe photo is inconsistent with passport standards and the passport number is the wrong length and format. The certificates we received demonstrating graduation from Johns Hopkins university were found to be bogusThe misspelling of Dissertation as Disortation makes it obvious. On June her application was rejected and the $was returned as per our contractIt should post back to her account on Monday or Tuesday

My experience with Global Check / Global Check Healthcare was very confusing and convoluted. The names "Global Check" and "Global Check Healthcare" were used interchangeably The documents given to me had both names on them and I was under the impression that Global Check HealthCare was a subdivision of Global Check I thought *** *** was the owner of GlobalHealth Check and we had a lengthy discussion about being business owners The paper I received claiming the 100% money back guarantee said "Global Health Check" on the top but then it immediately discussed how "Global Check" has an A rating by the Revdex.com and it had "ARC90" on the bottom It had Nichole's name on it so I thought she was the sales rep for Global Health Check I thought Global Health Check financed the loans and used the Global Check subdivision ARCTechnology to make decisions I could not find a listing for Global Check Healthcare with the Revdex.com but I did find one for Global Check Thus, it was confusing as to what the name of the company was but reinforced my understanding that Global HealthCheck was a subdivision of Global Check since it did not have its own Revdex.com rating I thought that *** used Global Check's ARCverification system to approve loans but I never thought of *** as a sales rep, rather a business owner who loaned money After all, I sent all of my documents to him I started to open an account but found out the process was never completed I sent my paperwork to Global Check Healthcare thinking that it was the same a Global Check but later found out it was a different company Apparently, my information was forwarded to Global Check to open an account but they never received my signed contract However, an account was opened with my information anyway. Before I signed the contact which had both the Global Check and the Global Check Healthcare logos on it, I called *** *** because it stated many things that contradicted what he told me For instance, it obligated me to months and told me that if I cancel my account, I would be charged for the balance of the contract Since I wanted to make sure there was an exit strategy if this program did not work as promised, I asked him what would happen if I was not satisfied He told me that if I was dissatisfied he would terminate the contract and I would be under no further obligation I otherwise would not have signed it As the business owner, I was led to believe he had this authority and he told me he did not want me to be an unhappy customer He told me to draw a line through the materials fee of $as I should not be charged that He clarified the interest rates which were preprinted I asked about the comments requiring pay stubs and bank statements as the whole advantage in this program was supposed to be that I did not have to send in such paperwork Afterall, I do not want that information from my patients and this would be very laborious for my staff and not worthwhile I had been told that I would be charged a $monthly but I could earn it back by signing up clients for loans I asked him about making monthly payments to get started as that is what the website advertised but he told he they do not offer that program anymore and that I had to pay the whole $up front $was supposed to be to set up the account and the other $was for a voice drop service that was supposed to notify my patients about this new service If I did not pay for the voice drop through the contract, I was told it would cost a lot more later He also told me that the contract was outdated as it stated needing pay stubs to verify information but his program did not require these I thought to myself, "You really need to update your forms to reflect what you are telling me. " But I held onto the 100% money back guarantee and signed the contract immediately after getting of the phone with the business owner. After I faxed my contract to Global Check Healthcare, GlobalCheck sent me auto-generated e-mails which contained information that was not in my contract and some of which contradicted my contract Thus, I figured these were cookie-cutter e-mails and not personalized for me other than they gave me my login information The e-mails were in different size fonts and looked like a generic letter minus the linformation However, they also tried to sever my relationship with the business owner by telling me not to contact him anymore In addition, they were referring to *** *** as a sales person rather than a business owner This was quite odd, and if I was sending my applications to him, why shouldn't I contact him This was very confusing. When Global Check called me, they supposedly went over my contract but there were many contradictions and the confusion continued They told me the monthly fee was $rather than the $that was explained to me They told me I could earn back the $but I would have to pay the $no matter what I told them how that was different than what I was told and what I understood and he asked if I wanted to proceed with these different terms I was dissatisfied by this change in terms that was to my disadvantage, but I agreed, figuring I would not be overly concerned about $a month at this point in time However, I also felt they were misinterpreting my contract They mentioned $as the price and I concurred with this price as $was the price to start using the ARCSystem Maybe the $for the voice drop would come out later Then they asked me if I had been promised anything Since their name was on my written documents with the 100% money-back guarantee, I figured they knew about the guarantee so I said "no. " When my account was debited the $for the materials fee, I called *** because he specifically said that fee would be waived and he had instructed me to draw a line through it in my contract However, first he said there was a box that had to be checked but I reminded him that my contract did not have a box and that he told me to draw a line through it He told me I would get my $refunded but I never did I also wondered about the story about a "box" as this was never mentioned before. The debit from my checking account to start up was $rather than the $that was on my contract Again, I figured the company would debit the other $when I was about to use the Voice Drop service *** ***r told me around March 29, that $is more than they would take from an account anyway and would have voided the contract. After trying to get two different patients approved, including one who represented Global Check Healthcare/Global Check, and neither were approved, I decided to close my account Not only were they not approved but Global Check lost the faxed document with one and it took my patients over an hour to apply! I have since found other online complaints from other users of Global Check, one review stating "This company is a major scam They charge you to get in to the program and get there equipment and they swear that 80% of people are approved for the financing then once you get in they turn everyone down including people that clearly have the money and never overdraw This company is the BIGGEST scam don't trust them Then when you want assistance it takes days to get the help They make sure you're locked into a contract this is how they make money and then when you don't get any body approved all month they charge you for not using the service. " *** *On 2-29 - In addition, since Global Check lost the documents, I did not even get paid for one procedure that I performed! Fortunately, the patient had the integrity to pay me with a credit card instead I called about closing my account on March 17, The man told me that I would have to send a letter in the mail as they would not accept a fax to close the account, but interesting they would accept a fax to open an account I faxed a letter to close my account anyway on March 17, and I mailed a certified copy was well which was confirmed by the USPS as being received on March 21, I spoke with *** on March 28, about closing my account She had tried to call the previous week but I was out of the office She told me how I was stuck in a contract (see above comment) and that if they closed the account I would be charged the entire fee up front of $a month for months She refused to honor the 100% Money Back Guarantee stating "This is not something you can just try. " I asked her if this was a scam because she was refusing to honor the guarantee in writing and that the contract contradicted many things I was told She tried to tell me it was not GlobalCheck's document even though Global Check and it' s history were printed on it I also mentioned the line in the $for the materials fee and how I was charged this anyway She told me there was no line on my contract and that any line would have voided the contract I told her there was a line and I specifically drew it She recommended I look at the documents in my online account Thus I looked at the documents they had for me on file and that is when I discovered that the contract they had used to open my account was forged Not only did I not sign it, but it was a completely different document that I had not even seen! I immediately told *** that it was a forged document and then I sent a copy of the 100% guarantee and the contract I did sign so she could see the difference My contract had a line through the $and it also had a price of $ Also, the forged document had the opportunity to break the initial fee into different payments which I specifically asked about and was told that was no longer an option The contract I signed had the interest rates pre-printed but this new document had them handwritten in These were significant and materially different issues even though this was not obvious when GlobalCheck called me and I did not have my contract in front of me In addition, Global Check received the actual signed contract after I made it very clear in writing that I wanted to close the account and so it should not be misconstrued as an attempt to open an account or an attempt to replace the forged contract I told *** that since the contract was forged, the account never should have been opened and that she should close it immediately and immediately refund the $Global Check debited from my account She skirted around this issue and told me Global Check made no 100% Money Back Guarantee and that they would have *** *** send me the refund since they gave the money to him Global Check told me they receive funds for *** on a regular basis which they forward to him and were thinking about freezing his account and sending the funds to me to reimburse me This would be the right thing to do but they never did They put the entire responsibility on *** claiming he made the 100% Money Back Guarantee Promise even though the document had Global Check listed as well and I was led to believe they were the same company However, Global Check refused to take responsibility for opening the account without proper authorization They seem to think that a phone call overrides written documentation I have suggested several times that they reimburse me and they go after *** *** for subrogation on but they have refused to do so Instead, they are threatening me for exercising my right to file a complaint and are even threatening to throw my illegitimate account into collections. To conclude, I never would have signed a contract with Global Check/Global Check Healthcare if I did not have the 100% Money-Back Guarantee in writing In addition, the account was opened with forged documents which means there was no written permission to open the account and debit funds Thus, the account should immediately be closed and all funds debited returned immediatelyGlobal Check was presented to me as synonymous as Global Check Healthcare though now, after I ask to close the account and receive my refund, GlobalCheck is denying any such relationship The documents I received had both companies listed, including the 100% Money-Back Guarantee Global Check should accept responsibility for the incident they were part of and by refusing to do so, they appear to be the accomplice to an identity theft crime

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint id ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. First and foremost, the person that replied to this complaint is not man enough to even leave his name, title or department. Secondly, I never was approved for anything with your company and the application was sent to the wrong company from the beginningyou are not globalsources.com. Third, I never received marketing materials and made it clear that I did not want to receive marketing materialsyou are outright lieing!! I was not the person that submitted an application to you. Fourth, application was received by you and pending as of 06/02/2016; and it was never approved - - therefore on 06/03/i cancelled the application and requested my documents to be shredded or returnedinstead you thought you could go around me when I discovered you were not globalsources.com and you tried to get over and steal my money out of my account by debiting it $for your b. Smarketing materials that no one wantsyour entire service organization is a fraud period!!! Fifth, your company tried to harass me with threats that were inappropriate and yet you try to insult my intelligence with your comments attempting to avoid the reason (s) why this complaint existsit exists because you stole my money without my authorizationand debited me $without an account being approved firstyou cannot just debit someone's bank account when they are in a pending status??? This complaint continues to exist because you were dumb enough to ask me for my username and password to my bank accountnone of these actions are legitimate and again you are the one that is nothing but a fraud!! Your practices are fraudulent and so is the service that you are offering!! Sixth, my license number is validyou are just not intellectual enough to know where to verify the information and because I was not dealing with you directly I was not able to advise you accordinglywhereas, anyone in the state of new york knows where to verify the accuracy of the informationbut again, this is not why you are here at the revdex.com so discontinue trying to slander my name because you cannot do it!!! Seventh, there is nothing bogus about any of my documentation and that is not why we are here at the revdex. comwe are here because you stole my $from my checking account without my authorization, without an approval on an accountif documentation was not valid then why did you take my money? It all boils down to the facts as to why you are here with a complaint against your company??? You are trying to avoid the facts and the facts are current and visibleyou never approved my account to have access to any of my money and you had no right to debit my account? If what you claim is true, then why would you debit my checking account if you had issues with any of the documents you received? Clearly speaking, you just show more and more proof that you are the fraud that I claimed you to be and your actions continue to show it as well as your return to the revdex.com trying to avoid the reasons why you are herewe are not here to discuss my documents that were wrongfully sent to your company - - we are here because I did not have an account with you, the request was sent by fax and overnight express to cancel; and you still went into my bank account and debited my checking account $so please, save your speeches, your felonious lecture and your b. Scomments - - you are a fraud - - if you are not a fraud then why come here proclaiming about something that you know you did but fail to reply accordingly to that factor aloneno, you want to try to discredit me and you are doing nothing but showing your own true colors and faults!! You are a fraud, you stole my money, there was no account approved so there was no reason for you to go into my checking account and touch a dime of my money so the joke is on you!! You look and sound ridiculous so please save it!! Eighth, I am no where near done with this complaint should I not see my funds of $properly returned to my bank account as you so stateit should have never been touchedand finally, your company is a fraud just like I said, you and your representative *** *** misrepresented your services and I have no interests in conducting business with you thieving people so you can take your bogus comments somewhere else. You got caught thieving and you are now exposedthere is no further reason to reply back to me because I have no further interests in communicating with a company like yours and I assure you I will continue my quest against you should I not see my money returned back to my account

As for The woman *** ***, She is banned due to attempting to openmultiple accounts using different driver licenses as her identification.Even without her colorful use of vocabulary with our employees and theother issue of her bank account balances she would still be barred fromuse

First issue he stated was he never signed up. That's not true. We have the contract and numerous faxes from the store itself demonstrating knowledge and usage of the servicePerhaps he forgot? We'll provide those if requested. The is an annual fee which is billed on
the anniversary of each year. The actual purchase was in April 2012. The first billing was in April and onward each year. The first year was waived. Had the merchant contacted us shortly after the bill went out and not waited months as was the case then we would have closed his account and returned the annual charge. He might want to reconsider using it since a lot has changed since the last time he tried it. In most cases we no longer require documents from the customer. The customer can apply while at the store without leaving to get anything. The customer approval process is done on line and is generally completed within an hour. The limits have been raised to $and up to a year to pay off

The first order of business is to respond to his claims that he never signed up or used the service.  I tried attaching it to this response but the Revdex.com system doesn't seem to allow attachments.  I've e-mailed the contract, business license, his driver license, and a copy of a customer application that was sent to us very early on by the [redacted] to him at the e-mail he supplied us, [redacted]

Mr. [redacted] made a purchase at Affordable Excitement and used ourservice to finance it. In the agreement he was to make a series ofbiweekly payments over the course of a year to pay for it. The total ofwhich amounts to the cash price plus about 17%. Thus far he has defaulted on 7 of the biweekly...

payments to date. Theywere returned NSF. Those payments were represented and according to ouragreement with the store we have to add in a return fee when thecustomer bounces a payment. The same as if a person bounces a check. There was no additional interest or other fees added.  Looking at the notes on the account there might be confusion over twopayments that he bounced.  One for 39.42 and another for 39.02.  Bothwere returned NSF and both were represented. These were not one in thesame payment. They were two separate items from April 3 and the otherApril 17.The seven payments have been recovered. The balance of the paymentschedule is 166.89 for the remaining 5 payments or 140.34 if paid priorto the next scheduled debit date on Oct 2. If he wises to pay thebalance early and save some money he can call us to do so or just letthe final 5 payments be made. As to the allegation of cops showing up at his door, it wasn'tsomething said here. Perhaps he is confusing us with his call to thestore where he made the purchase at since he defaulted on his promisedpayments to them.

this company is still refusing to admit they got our payments even after I fax them my personal bank statement showing where the money was deducted from the account. I contacted them again on last night and was told they still had to investigate where the funds went and would call me back on today. Please be advised this was the exact same information I was told last week. Please please whatever you do, do not do business with this company. I dare this company to  deny they threatening me that the  police show show up at my door. Thank god for recording device.  my account still haven't been credit for the payments that they claim they didn't received yet but did. I want this company to credit my account for the payment that I sent in proof for.  this company really need to get banned from financing  customer in georgia. I wish that I would've read the review before I made the purchase.  everybody ain't lying about this company. Just read the reviews before you decided to use this company to finance anything for you. If this don't get resolved on the company level, I plan on taking it farther. Thanks

Although there is a claim of confusion over who is who the doctor did notice how our documents contradicted what the sales person promised.     our confirmation process consists of 6 contacts, the contract which is followed by  2 e-mails, 2 faxes, and one phone call over a period of a few days.   this began on feb 1 and ended feb 5th.   in each instance instead of contacting us directly as we requested  at the number provided she allegedly called the sales person for clarification.   the only differences between the agreement she sent us she did sign and the one the sales person sent were with the initial fees charged.   instead of a 1695 setup she agreed to pay we billed 1495 and 25.   discounts don't void agreements and these were specified in the confirmations before we ever billed them.   the fact she was aware of differences in fees,   names, and promises should have provoked her to say something during our call to her on feb 5th or as a follow up to the faxes and e-mails we sent prior.    that's why we send the documents and make those calls, to root out any inappropriate agreements which gives us the chance to avoid or reverse charges made before commissions are paid.   she chose to remain silent  even while knowing there were two agreements in place one of which was secretly withheld from us by her.   during that process we were led to believe by her and the sales person that all was ok.    my question is why hasn't this doctor filed a complaint against [redacted] and globalcheck health care?     she was aware the sales person wasn't being truthful, withheld it from us,   and waited until after we paid the sales person the 1495 commission to demand we give it back.    now she is in default of the agreement she did sign and told the bank she doesn't know who we are to avoid paying the ongoing fees by claiming them unauthorized.   we're dealing with that as a separate issue of fraud.

To begin, we have been in communication with this doctor of Pro Health Care here quite a bit since this situation broke.  Before getting to the disputed terms a history of events are in order.  We received the contract from [redacted] who is a sales person for our company on February...

1st listed as contract1 in the attachments.   That contract is the one claimed as being a forgery at this time.  On that same day we sent a confirmation fax and e-mail to the doctor who did receive both notices listed as confirmation1 in the attachments.  In the confirmation the fee schedule is covered in detail.  It's a one page document and in addition to the fees it says no other promises made by anyone outside what is on our one page agreement apply.     This is followed up with a call from us to the business to go over the terms again and to provide training in how to use it. This was done on Feb 5th. During the call the doctor was told to review the material we received from the sales person.  The material is attached to the business record and is available for view at any time including the confirmations.  The doctor was asked during the call if they understood the fee schedule and was told the rep or his company can not make any side deals, promises, or waivers of any kind.  That's stock verbiage on every call.  Nothing was told to us on that call about any extraneous promises.  We then sent another confirmation fax and e-mail that same day with the fee schedule and iteration on the reps promises, if any, not being applicable to GCS and void which is attached as confirmation2. On March 28 the doctor called us and said she has a letter promising her a 100% refund if she wasn't happy.  The fees schedule and amounts billed to date were not disputed until later on.   The letter with this alleged 100% money back guarantee is from global check health care.  This was never told to us during the confirmation even though we asked if there were any other promises made outside the scope of our one page agreement.   At that we asked her to view her paperwork that we do have. She then claimed the contract we have is a forgery.   She sent us a copy of the contract she did sign.  It's attached as contract2.   Both had essentially the same fee schedule except the one she acknowledged signing has a larger set up fee of 1695 versus the 1495 on the one we have.  She was charged the 1495.00 and 25.00 on Feb 5th.  We avoid charging fees until we're certain the merchant is aware of what they have and what it cost.   We have to go by the business owner's agreement and affirmation of the fees which was done with the doctor on Feb 5th.   Between march 28 and now we've contacted [redacted] and have learned global check health care is actually his own business he set up after he became a salesperson for us.  He agreed to honor his promise to pay her back.  According to him, he has.  Whether he or this other company does or does not isn't binding on GCS.   We never agreed to those terms and were never told they existed even though we made it a point to ask.  Beyond that, it seems suspicious that something as over broad as a 100% money back guarantee being in direct contrast to what we do have, confirmed, and wrote to her about was not mentioned until the opportune time, from a doctor no less.   The doctor and business defaulted on the contract she acknowledged as being legitimate and is being sent to collections.

Handy Hammer's justification for defaulting on his contract and notpaying his bills is ambiguous at best.  The selling office's descriptionof our service on his web site was topical and not intended to coverevery detail which is what Handy Hammer is hanging is hat on. Thecontract and...

follow up confirmation faxes, e-mails, and conversation wehad with him did cover all fees and wasn't an issue at the time.  Nonethe less, we had to charge it back to the selling office since hedefaulted on his contract.

If a merchant's application is ultimately rejected we return any funds collected.  That's per the agreement and what we did, returned the $25.00.  There isn't anything else to do.
