I work for this company and have been a patient for a long timeThis facility has down graded so much within the last couple years they have stopped caring for employees and patients ! I was treated so poorly in ER last night that I criedthey was all so mono toned and unhappy to be thereEmployee wise they deny all workers comp claims and make employees call main office and send it thru them selfs for it to be cleared I had to do this with claims and a coworker had to do it with claimsIn the end kettering sucks and I recommend miami valley

Came here to get another urine sample and a blood test for a possible pregnancy I have 2 children 1 full term 1 preterm and 1 miscarriage I am currently trying to have a child, I come here to get the blood tests and urine sample all the ladies are rude I wasn't able to get into my OB for another month due to this not being an exact emergency they treat you like crap as if just because you are concerned about it doesn't mean it's an emergency I will NEVER go back to this place in my entire lifetime and I'll be sure to tell everyone about them even the lady doctor had an attitude it's ridiculous
