We requested from [redacted] on Jan [redacted] for details of the extra memberships he might have paid forHe just emailing asking for a refund of extra membership, so we we refunded him $for an extra membershipOn he emailed us asking us to refund $more dollars, we replied we would refund him $(since membership is $not $3)He sends us very harsh emailsPlease note we state that refund checks can take up to weeks to receiveOn March [redacted] he emailed us again claiming he would make a complaint and file a lawsuit against usWe refunded him $for every membership he might have paid forHe will receive the payment check on I have all the emails we sent and he sent us if you would like to review itAlso this is what our auto reply is, it is sent to anyone who emails us: "If you are unaware of why you have a membership with GCA, it may be because you purchased a policy through GEOBlue or HTH in the recent pastEveryone who purchases a policy receives a membership to GCAIf you have questions regarding travel medical plans please call Geo Blue at ###-###-#### or email [redacted] If you are inquiring about refund of multiple membership fees, please send us your full name, policy numbers along with dates of polices you purchased within one year and your mailing address where we can mail you the refund checkRefund checks take 6-weeks to process and mailed out."

He just emailing asking for a refund of extra membership, so we we refunded him $3.50 for an extra membership. On 2/**/17 he emailed us asking us to refund $6 more dollars, we replied we would...
refund him $7 (since membership is $3.50 not $3). He sends us very harsh emails. Please note we state that refund checks can take up to 8 weeks to receive. On March [redacted] he emailed us again claiming he would make a complaint and file a lawsuit against us. We refunded him $10.50 for every membership he might have paid for. He will receive the payment check on 3/**/17. I have all the emails we sent and he sent us if you would like to review it.
