Worst Vendor I have hired for repairsThey should stick to their core competencies of cleaning carpet and floors They were contacted in November to repair a vent pipe and water damage After doing the estimate and accepting the job they did not contact me for over weeks (December now) It was not until it was ready to rain again I contacted them and they could not get anyone out until a day after the rain I should have fired them then They did not reach back out to me for repairs to the interior until mid January During those repairs they left us waiting for someone to show up on TWO different occasions We received an insincere apology both times by project manager *** They also had to come out and make additional repairs because they did not do it right the first time They sent a questionnaire with the invoice that I filled out asking for a manager to call...guess what no call The only thing I can say is they did not increase the price on the invoice even though they used our paint and screwed us around MORAL OF THE STORY FIND SOMEONE ELSE FOR RESTORATION REPAIRS

Overnight our basement filled with 2 inches of water. We had just heard from friends that week about their satisfaction with Steamatic so I called. They were able to send someone within an hour to evaluate. Nate was pleasant, empathetic, positive, efficient, and professional, equipped with the latest tools. He estimated, as he said, high. An hour later two young men came, worked efficiently, and left within two hours. Nate came back in two days to check things out, detecting a few damp areas. He came back the next day, gave the go ahead, and ordered the equipment pick up. He had left the cost analysis, which we thought was the final bill and were devastated to know it was what he had estimated. To our great relief, the real bill came in the mail with a total of $800 less. Needless to say we appreciated Nate and company even more.

They are always on time and do a great job. We have had to call them in for emergency appointments due to flooding issues and they always do a thorough job cleaning up and ensuring everything is back to normal.

Steamatic's duct cleaning service was very polite and courteous. So I figured I would give their general contracting services a chance. I am an architect and I always use the same contractor to do all the work on our home, and I figured I would give them a shot. But Steamatic's general contracting service turned out to be a waste of my time. Received a quote on July 30 and had a couple clarification questions on the quote. I tried to get in contact them numerous times over a couple months time and absolutely no response to my questions. One employee said he would follow up with the estimator, and even that didn't happen. I was ready to hire them to do the work, but obviously they were unable to clarify the cost breakdown for me. They were also not very thorough and reviewing the scope of work. Unfortunately I will never use any of their services again. I am moving on to another contractor to fulfill my miscellaneous work that needs done in our home.

Very nice, hardworking, thorough workers. Very satisfied.
