I am rejecting this response because:
Mr*** spoke to me several times about the laptop in
question. He provided a return shipping label for me to return the broken laptop; asked for my name, address, and the name of the purchaser (Mr*** R***), telephone number, address and other information regarding the original purchaseThe issue wasn't that they didn't ship to a Post Office Box, but the awful and rude service provided by Mr***. In addition, sending out a broken laptop which was supposed to be a replacement. I've attached my memorandum for the record, for your further insight. The original complaint was not addressed, and the reply is a non-response to the complaint

Sorry this customer had an issue with their purchase.As a company we do not ship to PO Boxes. We shipped the laptop back to the original order address. Thanks, GCM Tech Support

Sorry again for the issue.  To be clear the customer ordered this from Heartland America Catalog.  We did not receive the customers money in any way shape or form.  We only provide service and support for laptops purchased through Heartland America and ship the product to the end user on the Heartland America Account.  To the customers suggestion that our technician was not kind on the phone.   I will address that issue with that technician personally.    The suggestion that we would ship to a PO box is not correct as the shipment is on the Heartland America UPS account.  We can not ship to a PO box or 3rd party on their account.    This is all I can give you on this issue.  I consider the matter closed. Thanks,GCM Tech Support
