Global Conference

Anyone know when the conferences will start back up again? I'd like to send some team members. We attended the last few in Chicago and loved it. Thanks

I love that the presenters take the time to answer questions during the luncheon.

Great conference. Very informative. Only reason I couldn't give it 5 stars is because this conference is only 1 day. Hope they can make it a 2 day conference soon.

Went to the Dallas Conference and was a little disappointed at first when the 2nd Speaker showed up 20 mins late. Very unprofessional. The producer made up for it by giving all of us free passes to next year's conference. He didn't have to do that but that was a very nice thing to do. All the other speakers were very informative. This is something you can definitely take back to your company and implement right away.

I finally was able to attend the Seattle Conference and was not disappointed. Very informative. My only complaint was that it was a lot of information for a 1 day conference. Hope they change it to at least a 2 day conference. I was able to get a copy of the presentations so that helped! Thank you

Review: I and my boss attended a conference sponsored by this company in Los Angeles on November 8, 2012 and was double-billed. I contacted the company and was told over the phone and via email that a refund was forthcoming.I can no longer get a person on the phone and the only name/contact I have is [redacted], Director of Events at ###-###-####.I enjoyed the conference, but not the terrible customer service. I was also told by at least one other vendor that thety have experienceed the same issue of double-billing.I work in the emergency management industry for local government and have never experienced such horrible customer service and theft. I and the City of Thousand Oaks was over billed $2,190Desired Settlement: The compant rep has acknowledged that they made a mistake in writing, but never folled up with issing a check refundng the City.Have a person call me and work with me to resolve the issue. This should be Adam Phramany of the President of the company.
