Complaint247zilla.com has broken their refund policy contract and refuses to refund my money. On top of that they have stopped answering emails/requests I have sent to receive my refund.Let me start by saying this company has the MOST ridiculous refund policy I have ever encountered in my life. They have a 180 day waiting period from the time you request your refund until the time they supposedly refund your money. I'm guessing they hope that after you wait 6 months for your refund that you will forget about it and then they won't have to refund your money. Well guess what? I didn't forget, I stuck it out and I waited 180 days and requested my refund. Guess what happened next? Rather than refunding my money they stopped responding to all emails and support requests I send them. They just completely ignore me. So not only does 247zilla.com have the most ridiculous refund policy on the planet...they won't even follow they're own policy and refund your money. FYI it's been 193 days since I requested my refund. The last time the responded to a billing "support ticket" was 9/12/13...almost 4 months ago! Their policy states that 25% of the fee is not refundable. However, they have broken their contract with me and nothing less than a FULL 100% refund is acceptable. Business Response The client has paid USD $129.31 for WEB HOSTING SERVICE on November 04, 2012 and the refund was requested on June 27, 2013. This means that the client has used the service for 6 months and how can 100% refund be issued to this client? So as per our TOS, We deduct usage and the setup fees while processing any refunds.So the eligible refund is $75.44($129.31 LESS $21.55 USAGE + $32.32 SETUP FEES)The problem with this transaction was the client had used 2checkout.com merchant gateway to make the payment. As per 2CO payments exceeding 120 days cannot be refunded through their gateway. If the client provides a [redacted] email address we can process the refund of $75.44 through [redacted] and provide the transaction reference ID.Final Consumer Response (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)I was contacted via a phone call by 247zilla and we have come to a resolution. They are waiving the setup fee for my account so they will be refunding me $100. Once the transaction has been processed and I receive the $100 refund I will change my response with the Revdex.com to "I accept the proposed resolution". I'm not willing to actually change the status of this until I receive my $100 refund.
