With no HVAC experience, I rely upon fair and professional evaluation that I can trust. Global Cooling is the only a/c team I will ever call.

The hot weather in Florida was climbing at an unusual rate. Of course, this is when my air conditioner decided that it would stop working. I started by calling the big AC companies and none of them were able to provide any service for a COUPLE of days. After speaking with so many of them and becoming very frustrated, I located and called Global Cooling. They were able to provide me service THE SAME DAY. They let me know what time the tech was going to be here and even sent me an email confirmation after our conversation. Well, the technician arrived BEFORE the time stated and was the epitome of professionalism. The technician showed great empathy for my situation and did everything possible to help me. He was beyond meticulous and displayed great knowledge. He provided me with quite a number of options and was extremely thorough. This technician was so thorough that he made me feel as though I was his only customer for the day, which I wasn't. He didn't rush through anything and was great. If this is the kind of technicians Global Cooling has for ambassadors out here, they will be in business for a very long time. This technician walked me through EVERY single thing he did and explained everything to me. His compassion, professionalism, knowledge and thoroughness is something that I haven't seen in quite some time. The big companies are great, but sometimes they lose that personal touch because they don't rely on the average customer to sustain them since they have so many other big customers. Global Cooling is proof that sometimes it's best to go with the smaller company because they show you how much they appreciate you and need you in order to sustain their business. I'm very satisfied with their service and won't EVER be calling the bigger companies for my AC service EVER again.
