So one day I got a text message from my phone regarding the student forgiveness programs which I have heard about in the past but never bothered to look into itSo out of curiousity I decided to call the phone to speak to one of the representativesSo I started speaking with Mary she explained everything I wanted to know about the programs including the public service loan forgiveness and teacher forgiveness programsI was paying around 250$ a month over to Nelnet and I am hardly making enough to eat and maintain myself with a bachelor in early educationWe teachers do not get paid much and I am so thankful to president Obama because without this legislation that he passed [redacted] would have been even more in the dumpsSo I decided to get into the process even though I was a little skeptical but I'll tell you something, you know how in life we will only ever remember a few things in lifeThis will definitely be one of them, it took them around months to finish the process which is definitely awhile but I am now in the programs and paying only 20$ a month for monthsWas definitely worth the wait and money

I signed up for this program and in the process of cancelling I called to check in on why my current student loan company kept calling me about my loans when I was informed that they would be on hold while Global Doc Prep processed my paperwork and took my money! When I spoke with [redacted] she asked for the last four digits of my social security number and I complied with her request and then she said she would need my full social security number to look up my account and a HUGE RED FLAG popped up I am in the process of disputing the one charge they took from me with my bank and cancelling all other info so they cannot take any more money from me This is a SCAM I hung up and she tried to call me times and texted me twice I am now fearful that they will steal mine or my husbands information as they have a lot of it DO NOT GIVE ANY INFO TO THIS COMPANY!!!!!

I received a text message from them saying "My student loan is flagged for forgiveness" on Friday March @ 1:pm I called them and a customer service rep answered I asked about the "flagged for forgiveness" text and to verify who they are He asked me for my email and sent me the link to the siteI asked him how he knew my loan was up for forgiveness and he said that depends on my situationI then asked how he got my information and he said he received my information through the department of education, which he said they work with (which they don't)I did not consent to having my information passed to other companies and I did not appreciate being lied to or baited with the "flagged for forgiveness" After further inquiring to how they know my loan was up for forgiveness, the customer service rep hung up on meI received another text message today (March @ 10:am) to contact them This company illegally obtained my information, contacted me without my permission, and then lied to me about knowledge of my loan being "flagged for forgiveness" to bait me into signing some contract with them

I went through the application process for an ICR PlanAfter submitting my income with the GDP Rep on two occasions I began signing and initialing the several pages of DocumentsMe bad! I asked her why did you put X amount of money for my income when I told you it was X amount? It was 30K less than what I gave herShe said " It is only to benefit you" LISTEN GDP to the RECORDING!! After receiving a follow up call the gentleman started confirming the informationI replied "NO" my income is 30K more than that"OH" he saidI'll have her give you a call as soon as she can2-hours later no follow up callSCAM!! So I went to the cancellation partThis is what it says "I WILL ABIDE BY THE CANCELLATION POLICY TERMS AND CONDITION WITHIN THIS AGREEMENT"Problem is there is no cancellation policy TERMS and CONDITIONS withing the agreementGo figureThey will suck your account dry before you have a fighting chance to cancelTIME TO CALL MY BANK! Something is seriously wrong here

I called Navient right after I signed up with this company to find out why they never told me about these programs and why a third party had to tell me about itThe response from them is that they could consolidate and put me in these programs for free so I was furious and called Globaldocprep to cancel what I just signed up forCalled the customer service phone number to cancel and they told me that if I go to my servicer that they would not place me in the appropriate program that would benefit me best and they couldn't consolidate my loans to a different bank just re consolidate it into navientSo I decided to do it on my own which was a big mistakeI went through a long process with navient so they could do it and they ended up putting me in a ICR program which I had to pay 100$ a month when on a REPAYE I didn't have to pay anythingTurns out they put me in a program which didn't give me the best benefits! The consultant from global told me that navient was going through some lawsuits so I decided to do my own research into it once I googled "navient lawsuits" I saw numerous amounts of articles regarding it and them lying to their client so they could get the most benefits and take interest rates from meBasically abuse me and not help me out, I decided to call Globaldocprep back after months and talked to [redacted] I told him my storyHe told me that people call in all the time for situations similar to mine which I am not surprised and decided to pay the service fee so they could help me out and I am glad I didNow I am with fed-loan and can have the piece of mind that I am with someone safe who I owe 30k to satisfied with the service

This company is harassing me almost dailyThey call leaving messages or hang upThey are a student loan consolidation companyI do not know them, I have never contacted them, besides asking to removed from their calling list I want the phone harassment to stop Thank you

I attempted to use this company to utilize the *** student loan repayment plan but I was not entered into the plan and they could not tell me why
I attempted to use this company to utilize the *** student loan repayment plan When I started with their program I was told that I would have to make month of good faith payments before they could enter me into the program After months they called me and informed me that I needed to start by making good faith payments before I could be entered into the program I made regular payments to this company for 9-months of $through authorized debit card payments, but at no time was anyone able to tell me when I would begin the process
I called the company several times in April of to determine my status without success and no one from the company would return my phone calls
The next time I attempted to call them the line did not ring At this time I realized that I have probably fell victim to a scam

I cannot express enough how grateful I am to Global Doc Prep I was in default with my student loans and looking at a tax off-set and possible wage garnishment Global was so helpful and explained what they could do to help me get back into good standing with the Department of Education, and I also was qualified for a $0/ month income-driven payment - I have now filed my taxes and I am looking forward to getting my refund this year

This "company has called in excess of times since May of this year, even after repeated attempts to be removed from their call list
Since May 2017, we have received in excess of phone calls from this company, all robocalls, all unsolicited At no time have we ever claimed or marked anything as having had student loans, so no idea how they got our numbers
We have spoken to several reps and asked to be placed on the do not call list and have tried to hit "9" to be removed The calls keep coming total (as of 3:30PM EST) so far today from XXX-XXX-XXXX
When you do speak to a rep, they are brusque and not customer service oriented and frequently cut you off They have horrible people skills and appear to be more interested in making a "sale" or whatever they do I have filed a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission (Ref# XXXXXXXX) and will be reaching out to an attorney in Broward County if this continues

Had several federal student loans with different servicers Nelnet, Navient, Great lakes and Mohal now I only have to deal with Fedloan instead of they also placed me in a Public Service Program so my loans will be forgiven in months I have a total of 132k in student loans and now paying 40$ a month because of income driven forgiveness program
