Global Dynamics Information Technologies

Review: I have tried for the last 15 days of spending a minimum of 1 hour to sign up for insurance. I have had multiple issues that Global Dynamics Information Technologies refuses to assist me with. I have used the chat feature only to be told to call the 800 number. I call the 800 number and am told to go back to the website. I keep getting the runaround. I have asked to speak to supervisors and lied to repeatedly by them. I filed a complaint and was told that someone from that department would call me back within 48 hours (this was last week and I have yet to receive a call). I finally was given an email so that I can send an email today. Two weeks ago, I requested a paper copy of the application to be sent to my home in the mail. I still have not received a paper version of the application.Desired Settlement: I am hoping that someone (ANYONE!) can assist me with signing up for medical insurance before I die of old age!
