Customer Beware....Global Fence( Sunnyvale Fence) Very unprofessional companyThe job supervisor Robert R*** did the old acharges after the agreed upon contact and estimate was signedRobert tried to tell that is was procedure to add charges after Global Fence completes a fence installThe add on charge was for digging fence post which is part of the original contractRobert then stood in my door and called me a liar because I did not agree with the additional charge and that I never agreed to any additional charges which is completely un professionalI would be very hesitate to ever recommend this company to build people fences
Delays from the start, not counting due to weatherDid not pull city permits and later lied about it halfway through building the columnsDelay waiting for permits after I demanded a copy which they could not produceMeanwhile, they dumped all the heavy stone for the columns right on my front lawn so sat for weeks killing my grass not to mention the huge ruts from the dump truckContract clearly stated rebar installation for reinforcement in the concrete bases of the columnsThey did not do thisOnce I caught this, they started drilling rebar into the remaining 50% of column bases, but only barely 4" deep instead of the 12" they said they would doDelays with resources, they would sometimes send only workers to build one stone column per dayDays would go by with no one showing up indicative of taking on more work than they can commit to and this was confirmed by workers on siteThe contract stated weeks from start to finish, but my job took monthsOnce the job got started, I felt like I was trapped in this nightmare and just had to wait it out, what choice did I have? I consulted a lawyer to put some pressure, but didn't move fwd with a law suit just out of pure sickness to get this job done so I kept the pressure on themThe owner *** is very responsive when he's trying to get your business, good luck getting a hold of him to complain or demand answers for a job going poorlyHe blankets every communication and business marketing with "Proud Fence Contractor for Circuit of the AmericasFormula Austin" which made me think, "wow, this company must be reliable"I was wrongThis Fjob is nearly years old, and they are hanging on to it with a death gripAn average customer like me has not had a "proud" Global Fence experience and will never recommend this company to anyone
