How can I follow up on the retraction so Global Financial Advisors will not have a complaint on the Revdex.com?
Review: We invited [redacted] in to our home to look at our present financial holdings on three occasions. On the first visit he took our data. On the second visit he outlined verbally what he thought he could do to help us make our financial holdings last as long as we do ( I am 75 years old and retired about 13 years ago) . We told [redacted] we would have to discuss any plan with our daughters. [redacted] was supposed to return on April 10, 2014 with a plan we could show our daughters in Michigan. He came and showed me a few brochures and made a few verbal statements. He then pressured us in to signing at least 50 documents that we were not given a copy of. I protested, but he said "We need to have these ready to go when your daughters give us the green light to proceed'. He the left and I have no brochures, no plan, no copy of anything I was pressured to sign. I then became physically ill once I realized what a stupid thing I had done by signing anything.
I immediately sent [redacted] an email and also a Priority Mail letter that they received Friday April 11, 2014. I asked them to please return all the forms I signed as this has made me physically ill and I am terrified that I am being scammed by Global Financial Advisors LLC in an attempt to steal all my assets.Desired Settlement: I have not given Global Financial Advisors LLC any cash.
What I want "refunded" is the 50 or more forms I was pressured to sign.
