there is no date in the contract that he will finish on jan 15. but he verbally said that he will finish the job before that. he said when he will get the the hood deliver he will take the 2nd check and after that it will take only couple of weeks. he came to the store and told me he got the hood delivered to his shop and need another check I paid him another check of 2650.00(TOTAL PAID 7875.00) on 12-1-2014. even he suppose to bring the hood to the store.even we made enough room to keep the hood in store but he never did. Ruining my business.  Anyway its been 5 month now can he tell me when can he finish the job.THANKS

Review: I have a convenience store located at [redacted]. need to start deli in the store. find this company to put the commercial hood signed the contract of total price of 10500.00 paid him half of the money by check in the amount of 5250.00 dollars on 11/11/2014.and 1/4 of the total price by another check in the amount of 2625.00 on 12/01/2014.he suppose to finish all by jan 15 2015. he never finish the job then I start calling him and he keep saying next week .now its been more than a week he stop picking up the phone, never call back. his name is [redacted]Desired Settlement: either he has to finish the job or need my money back. thanks
