Please see below for our reply to this complaint.• Your business or a representative of your business hacked his website and displayed inappropriate content in place of his regular websiteThe content was on the site for 1.5 hours. Global Flex Marketing took full accountability and reduced his monthly charge by 50% -This is an out-and-out lie.  I can provide emails proving otherwise. 1.    Global Flex Marketing Reply - Global Flex Marketing has time stamped emails that and records of payment that support that the inappropriate content was removed in less than 1.5 hours and payment for the month was reduced by 50%.• Your business guaranteed a negative review would be pushed from page 1 in 3 months and it was notThere was a guarantee of movement. There was an estimate of the site being below the fold in about 2 months. Mr. [redacted] was not happy and was given a complete free month worth $250 dollars. There was never a guarantee of moving the complaint from the first page to page 2.  -The guarantee was for movement below the fold within 2 months (work started in March 2015), I paid him for several additional months without refund. He was not able to move the website as guaranteed until June 6th.            2. Global Flex Marketing Reply - Now lets compare the  Reply from Mr. [redacted] to the Original Complaint. “Our second issue was that he made promises to meet some goals (pushing a site down that had a false negative review about another company of mine) He made a guarantee that it would be be off of page one in 3 months. 5 months later it was still on page one, and I reminded him of his promises. He responded very negatively to that as well, insinuating that I was lying about the promises he made to me. (I ended up forwarding the email where he made these promises)” This is a very disturbing pattern exhibited by Mr. [redacted]. He has changed his story even after claiming he had email to prove his point. He intentionally leads the reader of the complaint to believe Global Flex Marketing is not honoring a promise and then calling him a liar. He further makes claims of proof in the original complaint which obviously he does not have. The reality is there was never a guarantee to move the site under the fold in 2 months. • Your business made his website active before his review/approvalA work order with quote has been provided for this project. There was never an agreement for his review or to provide previews prior to the changes being made and published. This was a specific contract. -The oral contract stated that I would be allowed to review changes before making the site live. 3.    Global Flex Marketing Reply - All work was done according to the work order and quote that Mr. [redacted] agreed to prior to the job. This is standard business practice. To make changes that were not public for Mr. [redacted] to view prior to publishing the content would require a test/viewing site. This would have been covered in the quote and work order.• Site errors were active for three days before correctedThe security breach was completely resolved in less than 24 hours and Mr. [redacted] was compensated. The work order was to change sizes of the pictures. A dialogue went on for 3 days when Mr. [redacted] finally admitted he wanted the code to the theme of his site re-written to display pictures differently. This is not what he asked for on the work order. At this point we restored all pictures to the original size and did not accept the new request to re-write the code. Changing the code on this Theme is going to increase the chance for problems with the site when [redacted] updates are installed. There is no way I would perform this task as I know when it does become a problem Mr. [redacted] would want a full refund.-Again, this is a lie.  My website was not working correctly from June 14th (the day his employee sabotaged the site) until July 25th...and even then the changes to the new site were not what we agreed upon.  The changes have since been implemented by me, and the site has been running flawlessly after my changes. 4.    Global Flex Marketing Reply – The site is functioning smoothly after Global Flex Marketing moved the site to quality hosting. All work on work order was performed except for re-writing the code on the Theme as that was not what the work order stated. We have time stamped documentation from GFM employee who did the work on the website. Global Flex Marketing never received payment and chose to end the relationship due to the fact the client was never happy.• Multiple logins were created for his website without the consumer’s authorizationThe same login Mr. [redacted] created for Global Flex Marketing was used by developers who worked for Global Flex Marketing. Mr. [redacted] acknowledges knowing we used outsourced developers to work on his site as he refers to “Your Developer” can re-write the code in several emails.- I was never made aware that anyone would have access to the site aside from [redacted]  until my site was taken down.  I consider it to be a massive breach of trust to give away login details without authorization to do so, certainly not a minimum wage contractor in another country. Mr [redacted] carelessly risked the safety of my site with with no regards to the outcome or consequences. 5.    Global Flex Marketing Reply – GFM has time stamped emails from April 13 that clearly reference that work done to the site is done by GFM employees. It also shows problems with the site and its performance at that time. The security breach was 6/15/2016. We also have documentation of this. • Your business attempted to sabotage the consumer’s companyPlease see the reviews I have left for Mr. [redacted] concerning [redacted] on [redacted] and [redacted]. I could easily delete or change these and have not.  The fact Mr. [redacted] has chosen to Defame myself and Global Flex Marketing is being addressed with legal counsel in [redacted] District Court. -[redacted] and Global Flex Marketing continue to promote negative reviews about my business.  I have screen captures I can forward as proof of this. 6.    Global Flex Marketing Reply – The Rip Off Report concerning Mr. [redacted] was posted on a personal [redacted] + Web Page after Mr. [redacted] and his employees contacted current GFM Clients with false accusations of defamation. The post was then removed.  Mr. [redacted] does not offer any current reviews from GFM as they are all Positive Reviews about his company. Global Flex Marketing has a long record of satisfied customers. We have not been able to resolve issues with Mr. [redacted] due to the fact that the natures of his complaints are not based on facts. Rather than argue and pursue these types of claims Global Flex Marketing chose to end the business relationship and did not pursue final payment for work that had been completed. We sincerely wish Mr. [redacted] the best but we can no longer tolerate the attacks and defamation of our character. All further issues regarding this complaint will be addressed in [redacted] County - District Court. Case Number [redacted] [redacted]Global Flex Marketing[redacted]
