operation in July At the time of her purchase, Ms*** was given until the end of the last day of training to cancel her purchaseNow three (3) years later, she claims she did not attend the meetings and now wants a refundShe, however, did not cancel within the time frame. On March 21, 2013, Ms*** called in stating she missed her schedule class and desiring to cancelOS informed her again of the rescission period and then made special arrangements for her to attend a second classNotwithstanding the efforts, OS went to scheduling her, Ms***, again missed the scheduled classIn September 2013, Ms*** again requested a refundGiven that OS had already provided opportunities to attend two classes, it denied the refund, but offered to allow her to attend another courseInstead, Ms*** filed a chargeback requestOver the past two years Ms*** has filed several chargebacks but has lost in each occasion. Unfortunately, Ms*** purchased access to an event which she missedAccomadations were made for her to attend, but she failed to appearAt this point OS did everything in its power to fulfill her contract. I am rejecting this response because: The company did not make "special arrangements" for me to attend another class, because at that point, I no longer saw the need to attend the class. I simply wanted my money back. Logic and stellar customer service goes as follows: if a client or customer no longer wants the product, for any reason, then money should be returned especially since, at no point, did I use the services. If I buy a product like a dress or a purse online and it turns out to be nothing like I had expected or did not fulfill my expectations, then the consumer's money should be returned. I'd like my money back.

To Whom it May Concern,Thank you for allowing me to respond to Ms. [redacted]'s complaint.  I have had a chance to review Ms. [redacted]'s allegations about her request for her How to Trade with Options Book.  Customers may obtain the book for free, all they have to cover is shipping and...

handling.   There are no other charges, unless the client opts in for additional services, which Ms. [redacted] did.  The company processes hundreds of transactions without fault of complaint.  No fraud or improper inducement is involved.  The company has been working with Ms.[redacted] prior to her filing this complaint with the Revdex.com.  In fact, the company recently provided her with a partial refund to resolve her concerns.  Its unfortunate that she filed a complaint when the company would have resolved the issue completely directly with her.  With that said, the company will issue a full refund of any money taken.  In total she should receive a credit of $129.75, this is in addition to the $89.85, the company already refunded.  Please let me know if you have any further questions. Thanks,[redacted]
