Bought over $300 worth of headphones and I phone battery pack at the San Diego Home show in January 2019 and now the headphones and loose and wont stay on my head and the Battery I Phone charger does not charge sent them many e mails to get a replacement but they dont respond DON"T BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM

Purchased a new solar charger that was not working. Company sent new one without 3 in 1 charging cable. They have not replaced that cable yet.
We purchased a solar charger at a home show from Global Gadgets that did not work properly. I emailed Amanda *** in August 2018, who is a customer service rep. She asked me to send back the
defective charger, and that a new one would be sent out. We received the replacement charger within about 45 days, but they forgot to include the 3 in 1 charger cable. I emailed Amanda, and we have gone back and forth via email. She assures me that it is being sent, but I have never received the cable. She referred me to a man within the company named John ***. He explained that he was unaware of my issue, and apologized several times with the promise to send the cable and include a headphone for the inconvenience. He would not send the cable until I again contacted Amanda *** to have her forward my information to him. He insinuated that her department was at fault. On December 21, 2018, Amanda assured me that her manager would be taking care of the issue, when he returned from business "out of the country". So as of this time 2/19, we have not received the cable. I have seen several complaints online regarding Global Gadgets, and would like to know other avenues that I can take to prevent this from happening to others. Total cost of the solar charger with cables was $100 plus tax. Order ID is *** This is unacceptable business practice.

Desired Outcome

We would like to receive the solar charger cables that were never sent to us. We were also promised a rose gold headphone set for the inconvenience, which we would like to have sent as well.

This complaint was filed because Global Gadgets customer service was contacted many times via email, and after several promises to send the merchandise, they failed to do so. I even called the company many times. I left a message, but the call was not returned. I finally connected with a person named John, who referred me back to customer service. The company already has my address and phone number to go ahead and send the items now. I have exhausted my attempts to resolve this issue short of seeking legal remedies.

GLOBAL GADGETS products are overpriced and not well made. For example , the top of the cell phone case that I purchased keeps popping off.
I would like to FAX you all there at the Revdex.com a copy of the receipt for the goods we purchased from GLOBAL GADGETS on Sunday 28 OCT 2018; we received this receipt in an Email that evening since we purchased the overpriced /substandard products at a HOME & GARDEN show in the *** (***) Convention Center. At no time was it mentioned that all sales were final/ no refunds. Although it states that exchanges are allowed, I'm very concerned that I will not get any products in return if I try to exchange them since only one of my 6 attempts to communicate was successful as noted in the quotation marks =

And if I do send the product I purchased to *** and it gets returned to me, who is going to pay for the insurance/shipping costs? At this point, I either want (A) to be refunded the price difference of $560 or (B) get a full refund upon returning all their products in the original unopened boxes; the only product that we have used is a faulty cell phone case. It seems that this company is practicing deceptive sales techniques.
Here is a detailed timeline =

A) On Sunday 28 October 2018, my Bride Joan and I purchased over $1K worth of gadgets for our cellular phones via a ***d. That evening, as the top of the new GLOBAL GADGETS' cell phone power charging case kept popping off my ***, I decided to go onto *** website just to see how good of a deal we got - -after seeing a huge price disparity I sent an Email that evening to the website that is listed on the 6 business cards they gave us to pass out to our friends.
B) On Tuesday 30 October, I then went to the website that is listed on the business card and submitted a request to be contacted < *** >. To date I have not received any other Email responses nor Email updates nor any return phone calls despite leaving voicemails.
C) On Friday 2 November 2018 and Thursday 8 November 2018, I called the phone number that is listed on the business card as well as the receipt and left voicemails both times expressing my concerns and requesting that someone call me back; nobody has called me back.
D) It is also disturbing to note that GLOBAL GADGETS has a grade of "F" on the Revdex.com website < *** >. We have certainly learned a very valuable lesson from this situation.

Desired Outcome

The products that I purchased is worth about $520 and we paid $1082. If GLOBAL GADGETS cannot refund us the difference I want a total/full refund. At no time did their representatives tell us that all sales were final. I have reached out to GG 6 times; I have only gotten one response where a Mark *** redirected m to the local Las Vegas GLOBAL GADGETS office. back on Monday, October 29, 2018 12:55 AM. Nobody has returned any of my 3 phone calls.

Purchased a power case for my phone in January. It died in April. I sent it for an exchange and I never received it or gotten a refund.
Purchased a power case on 1/28/2018 at the ***. It quit working on April 23, 2018. I returned it for exchange the next day and never heard back. I finally received it back, marked undeliverable on 6/27/18. I emailed customer service and told me to resend it and UNCHECK "signature required" on the label. I tracked it and it shows they received it on 6/30/2018. On 9/6/18 I contacted them again to let them know I STILL have not received it. Customer service said she would check on it and I have not heard one thing back. I paid $75.78 which includes tax and I'd either like the case or I want my money back.

Solar Charger purchased 4-7-18 $70. Didn't work. Rec'd replacement finally in May-still didn't work. Request help/refund-no one will respond.
On 4/7/18 I purchased *** Solar Charger for $70 at a *** on Order# ***. The receipt said No Refunds -Exchanges within 3 days. Well, I got it home, tried it and it didn't work. So, on 4/9/18 I contacted Global Gadgets thru their website "Contact Us" and was told by Amanda *** to return it for an exchange. She was great to talk to and provided the mailing address. I mailed it that same day to the address she provided in Las Vegas. The *** tracking information said they received it from me on 4/11/18.

I contacted the company a couple of times (4/22/18 and 5/6/18) asking when I'd receive the replacement. Amanda told me in an email 5/7/18 that her manager said he'd be sending out tomorrow. I finally received the replacement late May. It also DID NOT WORK.
6/4/18 I went back to Amanda and asked for a refund. She said her manager usually doesn't do refunds and that I should talk to the manager and she gave me the phone number ***.
I called that number three times over a two week period and left voice mail messages and never received a call back. On 7/11/18, I then left a Text message on that same phone number but still no response. On 7/18/18, I called again and I actually got a person on the other end of the phone. I explained the problem and he/she apologized and said he would talk with Amanda and they would test the product before sending it out and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I was so excited to get a live person that I forgot to ask their name.
As of 7/24/18, I still had heard nothing from the company. Absolutely nothing.
7/29/18 - I emailed Amanda directly because I still had the emails from our exchange in April and asked for the name & phone number for the manager above her manager. No reply.
On 8/18/18 - I wrote an actual paper letter with all the details, including all the dates of contact with Global Gadgets and all the no responses that I have received. In my correspondence, I requested a refund of $70. I sent the letter to Joe *** in a Confidential envelope. Joe ***'s name was on the website as the Global Manager. I have not heard anything. I am on a fixed income, my pension/social security does not increase. I watch what I spend carefully because I have to. This is unacceptable.

Desired Outcome

I want a refund. I do not have the same Credit Card as when I purchased this item, so I would like a refund by Check. It has been six months since I purchased the *** Solar Charger and with the first Charger not working and the replacement Charger not working, and zero response from the company, I have lost faith. I can't be reassured that a replacement will work. I am requesting a $70 refund by Check.

I purchased the Solar Charger on 4/7/18 and IT DID NOT WORK, so I contacted the company on 4/9/18 and was told to send it back for an exchange. I mailed it to them on 4/9/18 and *** Tracking said they received the defunct Solar Charger on 4/11/18. They sent me a replacement solar charger, but I didn't receive it until almost the end of May after I made several contacts with the company via email looking for the exchanged product. When I finally received the replacement product toward the end of May IT DID NOT WORK EITHER! I made several attempts in June, July and August to get resolution. I sent emails, phone calls, texts and used the Contact Us section of their website. I received no response, what so ever! During this whole time, I almost got helped once, when someone answered the phone on 7/18/18 and said they were so sorry and that they would follow up and test the product before sending out and that I would be contacted within 24 hours. I WAS NEVER CONTACTED. EVER! I was so excited at the time to get a live voice that I forgot to get their name, so I only have a phone number (***). In August of this year, I sent a letter to Joe *** in a Confidential envelope. He was listed on the website as the Global Manager and in the letter, I outlined everything that had transpired, including the dates. I NEVER HEARD ANYTHING. So bottom line, I followed the rules and exchanged the product within the three days. It is not my fault that the original and the exchanged product didn't work. And after all of this, why would I want to try another product from Global Gadgets? It's not my fault that Global Gadgets would not respond to any of my many, many forms of communication. I feel it would be honorable and good business for Global Gadgets to settle this by issuing me a refund check for $70.

I purchased from a trade show a *** Solar power pack from this company. I bought this because they said it could do something I needed it for. I have been trying for months to contract them. I have left messages after messages to please call me,no response. I wish they would have a technician contact me to see what I'm doing wrong. I hope B B B can help me.

I have had that address since the beginning of the year with that same phone number. I have responded to them with out any a response. At a trade show in *** I purchased a *** Solar Power Pack after they informed me that it could power up a water fountain in my back yard, it doesn't. I have tried to contact them to find out what I am doing wrong. Asking someone for the past six months to call me with a answer why I can't. Here is a list of phone numbers I have tried, *** and ***. Is there any legal action I can take. I will not send it back to them for a refund because I do not trust them send me back a refund with or without a restocking charge. I have also contacted the company that put the trade show together and they also have had no luck in contacting them. To be honest, they just don't return calls. Please help. you can call me anytime.
