fresh, organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil producers and we have fulfilled our contracted requirements with Mr. [redacted] and have cancelled his subscription. I have attached a copy of our Club contract.  We have never received phone calls nor questions regarding this account until recently. Our offer to settle his displeasure remains. Here is a copy of an email I sent to Mr. [redacted] on February 23:
As stated on the Club Contract you signed and all of our Club information as well as our Interent information. We do not give a refund on food items. Cancellations to Club must be done by the 14th of the month prior to Club shipments. You signed up to be an in-store “pick-up” customer.  Your are listed correctly on our email list and we do send emails a week prior to pick-up. Unfortunately, verizon.net customers must search their spam box because Verizon sends my emails to your junk file.
That said, I am happy to give you the last 2 season’s Club pkgs which we have freshly packed in store, andd a Gift Certificate in the amount of Club value remaining, since you have not picked up for some time. You may make your own selections valued at that face amount. S
Please let me know when you’d like to come by so we can make this happen! I have cancelled further subscriptions from being charged to your account.

Hello [redacted] I am sorry you were here and we were closed.We are a small family business and we farm a lot of what we produce. Our Farm Stand  is open 10-4 Friday thru Sunday, as stated on our website, Facebook, Yelp, etc. Also, we do not have any voicemails from you on our office voicemail. Once again, I apologize for the miscommunication; however, the Club contract you signed clearly states our policies, as does our website. We have been sending emails to [redacted].[redacted]@verizon.net every time you have a pick-up. Perhaps my emails are going into her spam account? I see that you have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com and I will answer them in the same way I have answered you. Any Club program works this way and I’m really sorry you are unhappy. If you let me know when you are coming up, I’ll pack up the fresh Club shipments we do have in stock and you can make your own selections for the balance. Please do let me know! Review: I did business with Global Gardens since April 2008. I became a member around February 2013 to pickup oils at their store in Santa Ynez. They would deliver $49.00 worth of oils every 3 months. We picked up the first order and visited the store many times and made purchases but never received any other oils from the membership. My wife and I do wine tasting in Santa Ynez and we often stop in the Global Gardens store. I don't remember when, but when we visited the store we saw that the business has moved. We never gave the business a second thought until tax time this year where I found that Global Gardens has charged my credit card $49 every 3 months 7 times for two years. When I discovered this I contacted Global Gardens and spoke to Theo and asked for a refund for the merchandise never received. She said they moved back to the area in Solvang and we can come and pickup our shipments. She said they don't do refunds. I said we can't use 7 shipments of oil. It will get rancid. She said to give it away as gifts. We said we wanted a refund of $343. I asked why she has never contacted us in 2 years (they had my email address, mailing address and phone number). She said she has too many clients to track.Desired Settlement: $343.00
