I found Global Gem TV while channel surfing last year and was hookedMy first purchase was a white gold, diamond and sapphire ringSince then I have spent quite a bit of money on ringsYes, that is a lot of jewelry, but I am collecting gem stones and this channel and company sells the most beautiful gemstones either at auction or the specials at fixed pricesI was thrilled with every purchase, and I even took my pariaba ring and my alexandrite rings to a jeweler to take a lookI had other things to be repaired so I thought, what the heck, let him lookWell, I think he was skeptical until he looked at my rings and verified that these stones were indeed very real and very nice! For the prices I have paid, I could double the value if I sold at the right venueThe most expensive ring I got on an auction was an alexandrite in white gold and diamondsIt was $These are rare stones, and I probably could sell it for $5,The jeweler I took it to had an alexandrite with less white gold and smaller diamonds and his was over $7,000! The alexandrite wasn't anything more special than mineJust tonight I won an auction for a Burma Ruby with over grams of 18k white gold, very ornate milgraining and k of diamonds that enhance the rings beautyI actually won this for $in an auction! The ring was valued at over $6,000! I love the derive I get there, once in awhile the boss will come on the phone and ask me for a higher bid, but he always explains the type of ring and the valueOther customer service reps are terrificThe gal that sells on TV, Lauren is really good at what she doesI don't know how they do this, but I am very genuinely fortunate for the ability to be able to purchase this quality of jewelry for these incredible pricesI love Global GemTV!

I came across this program offering jewelry for sale while channel surfing tonight (Feb,19) and watched a ruby necklace being auctioned When a large tanzanite ring came up for auction starting at $500, I called and didn't even get the opportunity to register to bid before the salesman said "we don't sell rings for $500" and "are you kidding?" while he watched the clock run down with no bid He hung up on me when I asked "then you are not selling the ring?"
When I called back for a supervisor, it was the same rude man with the heavy accent and I asked his name-JOHN *** (not sure of spelling) and he spoke very loudly into the phone again "we don't sell rings for $500" although the announcer had earlier announced the starting bid at $AND it was shown on the screen along with carat weight and description I AM CERTAIN THAT THE SHOW WAS TAPED AND THEREFORE NO QUESTION AS TO THE BID PRICE
Isn't it contractually binding to sell it at the price offered? He purposely ran the clock out babbling to me because he had no other bidders on the line is my guess
He could learn some technique from TVON or American Jewelry Network--both very successful and customer oriented and also selling from California on TV My purchases will repeatedly come from anyone other than GLOBAL GEM

Good experience Nice products

I found Global Gem TV while channel surfing last year and was hooked. My first purchase was a white gold, diamond and sapphire ring. Since then I have spent quite a bit of money on 14 rings. Yes, that is a lot of jewelry, but I am collecting gem stones and this channel and company sells the most beautiful gemstones either at auction or the specials at fixed prices. I was thrilled with every purchase, and I even took my pariaba ring and my alexandrite rings to a jeweler to take a look. I had other things to be repaired so I thought, what the heck, let him look. Well, I think he was skeptical until he looked at my rings and verified that these stones were indeed very real and very nice! For the prices I have paid, I could double the value if I sold at the right venue. The most expensive ring I got on an auction was an alexandrite in white gold and 1.25 diamonds. It was $2200. These are rare stones, and I probably could sell it for $5,000. The jeweler I took it to had an alexandrite with less white gold and smaller diamonds and his was over $7,000! The alexandrite wasn't anything more special than mine. Just tonight I won an auction for a 4.62 Burma Ruby with over 7 grams of 18k white gold, very ornate milgraining and 1.25 k of diamonds that enhance the rings beauty. I actually won this for $1500 in an auction! The ring was valued at over $6,000! I love the derive I get there, once in awhile the boss will come on the phone and ask me for a higher bid, but he always explains the type of ring and the value. Other customer service reps are terrific. The gal that sells on TV, Lauren is really good at what she does. I don't know how they do this, but I am very genuinely fortunate for the ability to be able to purchase this quality of jewelry for these incredible prices. I love Global GemTV!
