I ordered a shirt from company online on September 2, and received an e-mail stating that my order would be processed and shipped after September 23, To date, I still have not received an e-mail or my order They already took the monies out of my account The only way you can contact them is via a contact form on their webpage, which is very sparse There is no phone number to call them at or an address to write to them

I will never order from them againMy item came damagedIt took emails to finally get someone to email be back and then when I did they asked for a picture of the item and where it was damagedI sent the picture and now I can't get anyone to respond on what to do nextI paid right away and this is terrible customer serviceI did what I was suppose to do and I expect them to as well

Ordered sweaters, waited weeks, then saw all the terrible reviews onlineNoticed people said Fun Sports Gear "kept changing the ship date," which I saw they were doing to our orderWent straight to PayPal and "contacted them directly" for a refund through PayPal and planned to contact PayPal directly (which was the next step) to arrange a refundBUT, they responded to my complaint and request for a refund by shipping the sweaters pretty much immediatelyI'm thinking that when they notice someone speaking up, they go through with the orderHopefully you all pay with PayPal, because it's a lot easier to complain with them than with a bank, through my experience

This company charges your credit card, processes your order and sends you a link to track your order All sounds great except every time you check this link, the shipping date gets pushed further back At this point, I have been waiting for weeks for a t-shirt! When I request a refund, I receive the link for the order trackingDO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! I believe that it is a scam...I have contacted my credit card company, as I have neither received a credit nor the merchandise!

The shirt was too small and they will not exchange it for a larger sizeVery poor customer service

Like most have listed previously, I purchased a shirt with this compan on September 19th They received their payment immediately and told me to expect shipment by October 14thThe tracking page still says to expect it to ship on the 14th, but it's the 16thI've had no luck trying to contact this company for an update I'm reporting them as a scam everywhere I see them online

My son ordered a shirt from this company on July 25th When he still hadn't received it by mid August I asked him to check the tracking info It showed "insufficient address" and that the PO would have last had the package When he called the PO, they told him it would have been returned right away This would have been 8/or 8/so the company would have received it back by now They have not issued a credit for the charge although I called VISA and they will be When he tried to contact Fun Sports Gear, NO contact infomation comes up, not even a phone number (not even VISA had a phone number for them) I told him to NEVER order again from any company that does not have COMPLETE contact info They were quick to charge my credit card but didn't credit it when they should have This company ***!

I ordered a shirt from this company from an ad on FacebookTen minutes later, I realized there was a large misspelled wordSo I canceled the orderMinutes after making it, through the two "contact us" places I could findweeks later, I get a email saying they can not cancel after hoursMy original email was minutes after placing orderThat same day I wrote the same email back and never got another responseBut the money for the shirt was immediately taken from my bank accountI again, wrote both "CONTACT US" emails explaining that I had canceled the order minutes after making the orderOn Facebook people began complaining about the misspelled wordThe company put a NEW ad on there.......saying they had CORRECTED the TYPO which was ONLY in the ad, not on the shirtI heard NOTHINGMy shirt arrived weeks later, WITH THE TYPONo contact information was with the shirt for returns, etcI wrote BACK to the same email, telling them I was taking this to the Revdex.com and got an instant response from themTelling me if I PAID to return the item, and sent them a copy of the return slip they would send me a new oneOnline people were very upset, saying their shirts were all MISSPELLED and even the NEW shirts were wrongI REFUSE to give these people more money! I believe a larger company ordered a large amount of these shirts and because they were printed with a misspelled word, could not be soldSo they are duping people online into buying them for $apieceI believe because they said the TYPO was corrected, and days later I got a misspelled shirt, they are falsely advertising the shirt to take peoples money, knowing that most people will NOT go to the bank and have them try to fight it, as it would cost them time and more money to try thatI KNOW I am out of my $30...BUT PLEASE OTHERS TAKE WARNING!

Ordered a t-shirt for $in Extra Large Came in but although the size was marked Extra Large, it was either a small or at most mediumI immediately contact support and sent picturesI have repeatedly contacted everyday for two weeks with no response at all

I ordered a shirt from this company and when it arrived it did not fit I contacted them to find out how to return it It took them days to respond and then they told me I could not return it due to their Term of Use Policy I read their policy and it did not mention anything about items that did not fit, only things that were printed incorrectly So to me, I felt I was entitled to a refund I have since contacted them again to request information on who to write to that can resolve this for me and I have received no response It has been over a week since I requested that information I am very disappointed and frankly angry about how this has been handled

I ordered a shirt off of FacebookThere was absolutely no communication from this horrible company I threatened a PayPal dispute and several days later, my shirt did arriveIt was cheaply made, a size smaller than it should be, and poorly printed I would never ever buy anything from this company againApparently, they have several names that they go by, so be aware and beware

I ordered a Panthers shirt that my mom wanted for her birthday on September 13, The estimated shipping date was Sept 30thOn October 4th, the estimated shipping date still said Sept 30th, so I sent them a message via their only form on contact on their websiteI did receive a response days later stating that they had received a higher demand for the shirt and they would notify me when the shirt had shippedI still have not received the shirt, the estimated shipping date is Sept30th, and further attempts to contact them via the website have be unsuccessfulI will be going to my bank tomorrow in attempt to get the amount refundedDO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!!!

We ordered a sweatshirt through facebook and when it arrived the size was not going to work I could find no contact information for returning the item and there was no contact information on my credit card statement I found the email confirmation and sent multiple inquiries on the return process with no response weeks after my first email they responded saying my request was declined because it fell outside of the day return policy - which was impossible as they did not respond within that time In the meantime I found these reviews - I would never order from this company again and hope others do their homework before purchasing products from them so they can avoid the same issues
