Absolutely a scam. Call your creditor first and explain your situation so that they can put a stop to future charges. Then call customer service. Be nice and calm the agents don't work for green labs and they're just following a script. I called customer service AFTER the 16 days and of course they didn't want to give me a full refund. Keep asking for a full refund. They will try to give you 25% refund of the total then 50% of the total and so on..DO NOT GIVE UP. Keep asking for a full refund. They finally agreed to give me a full refund once they receive the product. WELL GUESS WHAT HAPPENED NEXT. The post office was unable to deliver the product back to PURE GREENS LAB because the address given to me was a VACANT office. This is the address they gave me. 6550 Main St, Suite 209, Newport Richey FL 34656. I searched all over the web for a corporate address and phone number. You won't find it. I called CSA again and asked for a direct number to the company (don't bother emailing the support team). She said they don't have it, so I asked for a supervisor, I didn't get a sup, she gave me a another number and said it was Greens lab office I called it and got the same CSA I just spoke to. No joke! I kept asking for a sup finally the agent said she can give me a refund in full and to keep the product. Now I'm waiting for the credit. Be very careful who you do business with especially during this pandemic and in the future. Companies are hurting financially and will do ANYTHING to get their hands on your hard earned cash.

Ordered a sample of a CBD product offered for shipping and handling, paid, and then my bank account was charged $85.
Order of cbd oil, shipping paid, 8/17 ,(Muscle Online Products WA), 8/19 (Keto True Fitness KY). Then on 9/4 I was charged $85 by Keto Essential Supply CO. I filed a fraud claim with my bank Provident Bank NJ, they investigated it and denied my claim. I called the company whose telephone number I had - 855-564-0222 - and was told that I had signed up for a trial. That if I didn't like the products I would have had to return them. That one of the products is worth $85 and the other is worth 115. I asked for the product because I was told they were free and I just had to pay shipping. My bank has denied the fraud claim once, I have asked them to pursue it a second time. I'd like a refund of the $85.

Each time charging my debit card 88.80 and also charging anadditional 89.90 for mens muscle.com, phone numbers showing up on my bank statement are 877-312-0783 and 888-217-5142

I ordered from this company and selected the option 'One Time Purchase.' Now charged $178.80 additional cost and am unable to contact them to resolve.
In July 2020, I saw an ad for cbd oil, which I have used in the past. The ad took me to a website fir this company, I read about their product and decided to try it under an option for 'One Time Purchase.' I received the product and thought that was the end of the transaction. On July 27, I was charged an additional $178.80 which I did not authorize under One Time Purchase. The product has no customer service information and I search online for globalgreenlabs.com, I get a message indicating I reached a nonsecure site that may be trying to steal my financial or banking information. Then from another search I see Revdex.com complaints identical to mine and a company called The Fulfillment Center. I called that company and got only a sales recording and no option to further investigate or resolve the unauthorized charges. My bank will not support a disputed claim because I gave these scammers my bank info, so I have no option to recover the cost. I don't know what else to do about this.

I have attempted to discontinue this company's constant taking my money. I didn't know that I would be charged this money.
The date was June 2020 I ordered the $4.99 offer in May received it and then in June was charged $89 I called and said to refund my money as I didn't know there was going to be continued charges. They said they would refund me my money then turned around and sent another product and charged me. I have emailed them twice in which they said they would cancel the subscription but it has not happened. I would like my $178 back and them to cancel that subscription. I paid with my credit card that they continue to charge monthly.

I ordered a FREE sample of CBD oil and gummies. I read everything associated with this order. I was charged $13.74 for shipping, which I agreed to, and then I received extra charges to my account in the amount of $89.90 two times for gummies and $88.80 two times for CBD oil that I did not authorize.

Spent 8hrs talked to 7 different people told me they were out of Asia phillipines. Come to find out I thought was ordering from UK but it wasn't. Now I have charge of $192.00 on my credit card bill. They want to reimburse only 80$ of the charge. I feel this is bogus company out of America of all places. Can someone please advise me what to do??

this company is a scam and my experience falls right in with all the other complaints, there advertising still has NO MENTION of recurring charges which by the way, begin BEFORE the free sample arrives. it is hard to identify as the sender name and name of the product is different from the website, which is also different than whats on your card statements. with all the above the product itself is also probably pure snake oil. this is 100% unscrupulous. this company needs to be shut down! ps the product ordering as of 12/21/19 now redirects to a fourth named company. you will lose aprox 300-400.00 dollars before you get it figured out and stopped. the card company simply follow the company policy about proper cancellation. so the consumer is O.U.T. with no protection the Revdex.com needs to step up and do something!
