Hi ***, My name is [redacted] and handle customer service for [redacted] *** First off I definitely apologize for any confusion that has taken place I reviewed your notes and see where you contacted our billing company and honestly they didn't take care of your account correctly I also see that you contacted the location directly and they informed our billing company of the issue which was when your account was closed and the refund set up I take full responsibility for issue and do not wish for you to leave on a bad note Our billing company has sent up the refund for $85.98, but I am going to leave a envelope with $cash for you at our [redacted] because the issue should have never arose I also left you a voicemail with my number if anything further is needed

When I spoke with Ted about your cancellation, he informed me that he had received your cancellation notice on 1/30/15. The refund has already been set up and takes 7-days depending upon which bank institution you used to pay. However, they say that it will take 7-10 days to "process" our request. So again, until all parties get on the same page and agree that our membership is officially cancelled we will not be paying any money. We have talked to way too many people and gotten way too many different answers to just send them more money on top of what we have already sent. But, as soon as it is agreed that all is clear and it is "processed" we are more than happy to pay a total of $100 to have this end.
