Review: On May 24, 2014 my mother, [redacted] had an central air conditioner condenser replaced at our house. In the sales process 2 days prior she was told everything inside and outside would be replaced. On the day of installation, only the exterior condenser unit was replaced. When I asked them why they said that was not in the $3500 bid and replacing the inside equipment would "be double the price". I had another HVAC professional inspect the unit and they said the inside unit dies not match the outside and will lead to major problems. During the installation global told me that even though the units inside and out do not match each other "I'd be fine". Yesterday May 26th, the air conditioner was not working and global came out to inspect the unit and they said we would in fact need all the interior portion of the air conditioning replaced.

They also installed the exterior unit in the rain which the HVAC professional told me is a no no and could lead to major issues due to moisture in the line.

My mother was mislead and now they want double the money to fix a problem they should have fixed or been more honest about in the beginning.Desired Settlement: I would like the job finished on the inside at little or no cost. At minimum I would like the parts for free and I will have another HVAC pro check the entire system and correct the issues.
