Global service was a big nightmare! I have been calling for service for 2 days. No one returns my calls. A+ from Revdex.com is ludicrous. I found a sales agent for Global online and he was very very rude. Kept telling me "everyone in Florida has AC problems. They will get back with you" . I told him that it is easy for him to say living in Chicago not in SE FLorida with AC problems and 90 degree heat !!! He kept telling me that I need to be patient for a return call. I reminded him that the service contract says they are available 24/ 7 / 365 days. But this is a lie!! Horrible customer service!

I don't know if I am a customer as I can not even get them to help me. I paid $725 for a warranty on June 15, 2015. It was for extra coverage. Sadly, we have a blockage in our kitchen plumbing. We called at 2 PM EST on 10/30/15 and filed a request. We were told wait 8 hours at the latest and call back. They NEVER said 8 business hours. They had 3 hours before closing to call us a plumber.... NOTHING. I called on Saturday morning at 11AM EST and explained all the previous information. She REPRIMANDED me about the times and I couldn't even get a word in that no one even told us BUSINESS hours!! She was rude and insolent with us. It was as if we were bothering her. She told us we could contact our own plumber and they can call Global with their findings. But we all know that the cost comes out of OUR pocket, no reimbursement from Global as they will find the plumber whoever we choose will not be in their network. This makes it safe for Global and makes us poorer. What is the point of a warranty if you can not get help or service? We had a warranty with Home Warranty of America and got immediate service, albeit not for plumbing. But they WORKED on Saturdays and Sundays, the servicer may or may not but HWA DID!! A+????? ARE YOU KIDDING ME????
