I am very disappointed in the home I have built by Global. No commitment to quality, very poor workmanship, and no regard to fix or repair work poorly done. Items left unresolved after numerous, numerous attempts to have them resolved. Lots of promises, but no results. Home warranty took care of some items, but coverage was limited. [redacted] Why are they not listed with BBB ??? They would not measure up... my advice, is stay away.
[redacted] They're never committed to their promises, poor workmanship and the quality of materials are so cheap. After 3 months of taking possession of the house, things started falling apart. I tried to reached out to them so many times to make complaint but never got a positive response from them. They never came for the one year home inspection. Please, please and please stay off them.
We currently built with Global Homes. My advice is stay away from the very beginning. [redacted] Work is done to sub par standards, and that is just fine by them. They never return phone calls or emails. Once they finally get back to you on a issue it again takes weeks to have anything resolved. For example, we waited almost a month to have a repair done, or worse, they deemed it acceptable for us to move in with no water. Customer service is poor from the start, and once you pay them in full you will be ignored completely. We will not be building with them again and tell others the same. Better off building with a more reputable and caring company.
