Review: I purchased my vehicle, 2004 Range Rover HSE on 03.28.13. My vehicle came with a 30 day warranty and within 2 weeks of purchasing my vehicle my check engine light came on and my ac stopped working. I took my vehicle back to [redacted], he was to have his mechanic look at the vehicle and fix the problem. He kept my vehicle for 2 weeks, said he couldn't find anything wrong but that he had reset the codes so the check engine light would go off. Two days after I received my vehicle back the check engine light came on. When I called to discuss this with [redacted] he said my vehicle was no longer under warranty so I was now responsible for the vehicle repairs. I have had my vehicle for over a year now and I have had to pay over $4000.00 in repairs, my check engine light is still on, and there's still over $8000.00 in repairs needed. [redacted] agreed (through text messages) that my vehicle was a lemon. He also agreed to go to the auction and get me another Range Rover to replace mine. He dragged me along for several months and there has been no resolution to this matter. I'm still stuck with a vehicle that come December won't pass smog, so I won't be able to register it.Desired Settlement: I would like either my vehicle replaced with one that's similar or to have my vehicle repaired.

Unfortunately, the customer is not stating all the fact. She bought the vehicle in March of 2013 with 84982 miles with only 30 days power/trans warranty which only covers engine, transmission and differential. Regardless we took care of some of her concerns in the first 30 days. Everything was functioning in her car. Then in September of 2013, 6 months later and 16,000 additional miles, she notified us that her car needs some repairs and she only prefers to take it to Land rover dealer even though we suggested other reasonable shops that can do the job for her for less money. Even though our dealership had no obligation, but as good faith, we agreed to pay almost 50% of the repairs which was $900.00. She signed a documents releasing us from any future liabilities at that point. Never heard from her again until March of 2014 with car having 34,000 additional miles from the time of purchase. If it was any other dealer, they would not even answer her call any more. Anything can happen with cars in 34000 miles. I met with her, went to the dealer to understand the details of the problems. All new issues. I suggested these repairs can be done at British car service for half of the cost the dealer was charging her or I can find her similiar car and then when I find it, we can figure out the financing part of it. Of course any car depreciates after a year. So we had to figure out what she owes, how much another vehicle costs and even get her another car loan. So there were still unknown factors and I agreed to spend my time to help her with no sense of obligation, just as good faith. I never texted her saying her car was a lemon, that was her comment. So at this point, our company can help her any further. We have done what we could for her since she has purchased her car.
