vehicle being purchased she refused to pay so due to the car needing some repairs. We sold it as is, and she had also brought a mechanic the day of purchase to inspect prior to buying it . I am rejecting this response because:
I have been denied copies of any paper work with my signature. They were not a licensed dealership at the time of purchase and were not legally able to do in house financing. I whole heartedly believe they sold me a vehicle knowing it was a poor quality vehicle and took advantage of me, seeing as after the vehicle was bought they then brought up other faulty things with the vehicle not mentioned at time of purchase. I also signed no contact nor do I remember or have a copy of the as is.
