Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:I have waited until 5:00PM on Friday January 20th, to check the bank transactions on line The money has still not been credited back to the account
I also called the bank earlier and they had no records of a credit as well.Sincerely,*** ***
We have received your complain about products and services given to you on 6th Jan, 2017. We charged $299.99 for product upgrade and another $249.99 for our services and support. That day, we worked on your issue. As sometimes some problems take more time than usual to get fixed, we had to work...
almost whole day on your issue. Once, we believed that the issue is fixed, the control of your computer(that we earlier requested to fix issues) was handed back to you with all the necessary QuickBooks upgrades and other program installed.After a couple of days, on 9th Jan, 2017; we received your chargeback against the payment made by him. Upon receiving the chargeback our bank immediately initiated the refund. As, according to our refund policy, a customer can receive full refunds within 30 days of purchase or products/rendering of services.Also, we have already spoke to the customer in order to process the refund and update the customer about the same, as we do not have any objection cancelling the services because customer satisfaction is our priority.Apologies for the inconvenience caused.If you have any further question/queries then please call us (206) 582-0788 or email on [email protected].
As per last conversation,we have refunded the full amount on the next day(7th of Janurary) of the customer filed the complaint,but it might take more time to reflect into his payment method so the customer should consult with his bank representative as from our end the refund process was already submitted and processed successfully.
