I am lucky if I get a signal..they are really hard to get ahold of when I do have a problemI called at 5pm today and never recieved my call back..called again before they closed and sat on hold minutes before just giving up! Ive cut trees in my yard to help my signal and still only have one maybe days of the week before it goes away! Im looking to see if there are any other providers in my area because im tired of paying for internet I never get to use!!
STAY AWAY!!! They Will continue to take your money and you wont get the service you pay forThen when you.cancell they refuse to honor it for another days then and try to get you not toThey then threaten your credit rating if you refuse to send back the equipment at your costs if another provider removes it from the roofI told them come get it and they said not till days and they refuse to take it if its already removed
Service is spotty, customer service is non existing and technical support I feel is only there part timeGetting someone on the phone in technical support is rare and getting someone to call you back or to do what they say is a miracleThey dont give you what you pay for, and they dont care
This company is worthless They charge you monthly regardless if you have service or not I have been told, that they are working on it and will finally get service back only for it to go right back off within an hour or so Today I have tried to reach them as I do not have any service again and according to there on hold notifications, "There aren't any known issues at this time" I really wish a lot more could be done about them then just leaving reviews here because it is apparent that this rating does not matter to them
