Warranty work- and quality of the job- and constant lies.I recently closed on my home on January 6, 2014. There was still miner work to be done... mistake number 1. I was promised that most of the things would be fixed the same day as in - coach lights, screens around the house, small touch up paint, mudd in some places and etc... those items were never fully fixed... I also had a crack in a window that took 4 weeks to be repaired... I finally got my screens in march 7 2014 and put them in my self because they do not know how to properly put them in... they had a few that were not tore up that they had put in... before hand.... the painters spilled half a bucket of paint in my closet " that has not been cleaned up.. or carpet replaced... I half a gap in my hard would floor that has not been repaired, note that I have repaired one by myself because they have not and will not repair it... I just get lied to just like everything else.... they still have mudd on my celings that has not been sanded or repainted... they redone my shower floor multible time finally the last time the builder "[redacted]" brought in different people and it was done right exept there are cracks in the morter... I was told to go to [redacted] buy my own morter and fix it myself... The painters left paint on some of the [redacted] on light fixtures and wiped there paint brushes off on the brick outside, note that it is still outside.... I would never recomend this company to my worst freind they are nothin but lies and very unprofessional... I am now takin legal action on getting these iteams fixed and corrected.Desired SettlementI would just like these iteams fixed.. in the process of seeking a lawyer...Business Response We have finished all of the issues on the house at [redacted] MS.The builder has had the sheetrock and painters at this house numerous times. He plans on making an appointment with the homeowner one more time for paint touch up.

We recently built a home with Global Leader Homes and I would never recommend them to anyone!!!! We originally chose Leader 5 Star Homes but half way through building our home they sold out to Global Leader Homes. It took them over 11 months to build our home, then when we did get in we were rushed to close and no one from the company even welcomed us into our brand new home. We have had some major issues with plumbing, HVAC, unfinished cosmetic work, and landscaping problems (a 4x4 foot sink hole in our back yard). During the months it took to build our home the builder kept telling us "you will love your new home when it is finished", well it has been five months and we are still NOT loving our home. They won't come and fix the issues we have and I still have walls that are left unpainted because we had a leaky pipe due to bad installation. I've never been so disappointed in a company in my entire life. We moved out here from the west wanting to build a nice home that will last us for a long time but now we are constantly having to repair things that should have been done in the first place. When you build a new home, you want it to look and feel new and not have finish work to do yourselves. A home is a HUGE investment and we've had to spend a lot of time and money making our own repairs because we couldn't get them to come and fix what they promised. It's sad to me that companies like this promise so much and all you want is a nice, quality built home, but as soon as they get what they want they will have nothing to do with you and your investment. We didn't even get a final walk through, we had an entire list of things that needed to be fixed that we eventually fixed ourselves or settled for. You should never have to settle on a new home. I will never build a home or recommend this company to anyone I know. We are seriously the big joke in our community of the new people that took forever to build a new house and still have to fix it.Product_Or_Service: HomeDesired SettlementI just want people like us who want to build a nice home, know that this is not a reliable company to build with. The overall quality is mediocre to below average at best and they don't do what they say they would do. They are slow and inconsiderate of your time. All the issues we've had, have been in the first few months of being in the house and are still not resolved. They don't return phone calls, the only way I can get anyone to contact me is by text. Business Response The builder met with this customer on Monday February 3, 2014. He talked over all of the issues with this homeowner and is setting up a day next week for all of the vendors to go to this home and resolve the issues. The sink hole in the yard may have to wait due to the weather, but will be fixed when weather permits.
