We have been trying to work with this customer for sometime. However, the payment was not made to us. It was an auction item and paid to them back sometime in 2014 or 2015 (not sure). Then they forgot to signup, we honored the late date, then...

she wanted to have it go to her daughter, [redacted] in our system [redacted] then [redacted] didn't want it so send it back to the person buying it. We currently have both of them in our system to receive the next year membership free . I can't issue a credit card refund because it wasn't made to us. Short of extending their memberships yet another year, which I don't think will make them happy, I don't know what to do. As for cost - she is the one that put in the bid for the item, we didn't have a price on the auction item. We offer specials for the memberships and offer four different levels all at different prices. Please let me know if you need further information. [redacted]
