I am rejecting this response because:Please see attached file.Revdex.com NOTE: Attached file reads as follows: "I have a few concerns regarding the completion of the repairs to my Hyundai. Since I purchased the car on 7/12/16, and GLI has given no indications of any completion timeline, I do not feel that this is a reasonable response. The part in question is not just a timing cover, but is also the motor mount attachment point that was JB welded instead of replaced when they did the initial repairs on the car. This critical component should not be left for some undetermined amount of time until it is convenient for the dealer to take care of, as they committed to doing. The other open repair issue is regarding the airbagsThe front left sensor was damaged in the process of the bumper repair, and Mr*** had verbally agreed to take a look at the issue when they replace the timing cover.GLI has stopped all communications with me. They have not responded to any questions or requests since August 31st. I have tried to communicate with them via email and phone, but they have not responded in any formGLI has had over months to provide me the receipts and Bill of reconstruction, which has not allowed me to get the final inspection done and transfer the title to my name.Although the car was sold “as-is” with a salvage title, Global Luxury Imports grossly understated the damage to the vehicle (had been in a “minor fender-bender”). It was sold as a car that was now in good driving condition, not as a repairable that still needed considerable work. They did not do any of the reconstruction filings, so the car reflected a clean carfax, even though it was seriously damaged. When the car was sold without the metal bumper structure behind the outer plastic fascia piece, and the timing cover was repaired using a very questionable technique, I do not trust that they will follow through with their commitmentsI would like them to buy the replacement part and finish the repair to this car by November 12thThis marks four months of driving the car while missing critical safety components *** ***"

Not having received response to date, called business -- spoke to owner Ahmed [redacted].Mr [redacted] says that in accordance with Minnesota Used Car Warranty Law, the 2015 Elantra was sold "as is" by virtue of its salvage title, and that Ms [redacted] was fully aware of this at the time of purchase. He says that...

while Global Luxury Imports was under no legal obligation to assist with further repairs on the vehicle, it expressed a willingness to assist with some repairs on a goodwill basis.Mr [redacted] says that as it concerns the timing cover, he has explained that he is not willing to seek out and purchase a new timing cover (via a dealership, etc.), but that when he purchases another vehicle with a timing cover that can be utilized in Ms [redacted]'s Elantra, he will contact her immediately and replace it.He also says that he will overnight Ms [redacted] the requested receipts tomorrow (10/21/16).
