Review: I was the victim of a "purchasing agent" employment scam. I was "hired" to make purchases of high end cameras and electronics and ship them. The company gave me banking information to pay off my credit cards so I could make the purchases minus a commission. After making three shipments, the credit card companies started to see that the payment accounts were not legitimate. Once the payments were removed from my account, the unpaid balances skyrocketed and I am now liable for huge debts to both of my credit cards. All attempts to contact the company by phone and email have gone unanswered. I have contacted the credit card companies, filed a report with local law enforcement as well as the [redacted] Internet Crimes Division. I will also notify the [redacted].Desired Settlement: What I need from the company, at a minimum, is for them to pay the credit card companies the amounts owed for purchases and shipping that I did for them. [redacted] Card - $21,446.34, [redacted] - $9,001.76
