conditions. Ms. [redacted] signed up for our services over the telephone on October 13, 2014. We provided Ms. [redacted] with sponsored advertising services via search engine placement. A receipt outlining our billing terms and cancelation policy was provided to Ms. [redacted] on the day her account was established. Ms. [redacted] spoke with an Account Manager regarding her account on January 21, 2015; at which time she elected to continue our services. At that time, Ms. [redacted]’s scheduled monthly recurring payment amount was reduced from $387.00 to $129.00. A confirmation email was sent to Ms. [redacted]s confirming all agreed upon account adjustments. The conversation in question was fully recorded and has been reviewed for quality assurance purposes. We provide service to our clients on a month-to-month basis with no contracts or long term commitments. Ms. [redacted] requested to discontinue her services on September 18, 2015; at which time her account was canceled. Ms. [redacted]’s final payment was processed as scheduled on August 25, 2015, and she was not billed again by our company. As a company we value client feedback and appreciate that Ms. [redacted] took the time to inform us of her concerns. In response to this complaint, an Account Manager contacted Ms. [redacted] directly on September 21, 2015. In order to ensure that this issue was amicably resolved, an agreement was reached to provide Ms. [redacted] with a courtesy refund of $400.00. The agreed upon refund was immediately processed following our conversation on September 21, 2015; proof of the refund is enclosed. Through Ms. [redacted]’s cooperation, we believe this issue has now been resolved. Should Ms. [redacted] wish to further discuss her concerns we would be more than willing to speak with her directly.
