service provided through the U.S.Postal Service.Because the product did go out a little late,we offered a $250.00 credit to the company for any marketing services that we provide.We feel like this was a fair gesture.At no time was this customer promised a refund.The billing department can not give authorization for a refund.Integrated Marketing feels that we delivered what we promised and being it went out a little late we feel that a 250.00 credit is sufficient for compensation.

We do not find this response to ba acceptable for numerous reasons. We purchased a calander due to be mailed out 12/29/14. It was sent out 4 months later, that is not just "a little late." That is one third of the way through the year. If it were just any piece of advertising it would have not made such a difference, but it is a calander that starts at the first of the year! Calls were not returned until the very last few and we never heard fron them unless we inciated the call to them. I personally was the one told that our company would recieve a refund by a very apologetic gentleman who agreed that it was unacceptable and that we were not provided with the product we were promised until it was just a costly piece of junk mail. The offer of $250.00 of the $1995.00 that we paid to use for another product from this company that has only caused aggregation and proved to be a waste of our advertising dollars seeme like just a slap in the face for making the mistake of choosing them. After this we never plan to have any contact with them again as we will also be sure to provide anyone we can with the true experience this company has to offer.
