Review: I am unsatisfied with the service provided. They didn't help me at all. They made thing worse.I am requesting a refund of the money I paid Global Mortgage Processing.You did not service me to my advantage as you said you would.I was not being foreclosed on until I took the advice of not making payments. I believed my account was overlooked to put me in the spot I am in now. This was 7- 8 months. All I wanted was to see if I could get a 2% interest rate. I was told not to make payments. I received 3 notices of foreclosure court dates, nasty calls and letter from lawyers, calls from people to buy my house. I can tell you it would of not got this far if I was handling this myself.The interest rate is not lower, and I am making about $100.00 larger payment, and I have a balance of $8000.00 to catch up. What help did I get with?They have a no hassle money back. I contacted them in May [redacted]. and [redacted], I have contacted them 3 times, no response and no refund.Desired Settlement: $995.00. payment for service.
