To whom it may concern.GMS did delivery for [redacted] ***? on 8/4/She did indicate some of items got scratched or damaged, she didn't indicate about anything going missingI gave her day to check everything out for any other damages.Customer sent us a list of damaged and missed itemsWe approved everything , even some of the items that were? press wood items (which we are not cover by our basic insurance).? But we even approved this items.Like I said to [redacted] we will pay $our insurance , I also would like to add another $to compensate the damages? But a full refund is not an optionI'm willing to refund 20% from the move witch is $1500.00? Total was $7500.0.Best Regards, Evgeny?

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is not satisfactory to me, as it is not nearly enough money to replace what they lost and repair the damage done to my furniture. I will accept this offer to be done with this matter
