Our company is and always have been happy to work with the customerI, *** ***, have spoken multiple times on the phone with the client, as well as answering emails.We have sent out floor repair professionals to repair her floorThe customer has had many of her own people look at
the floor, which we have continued to offer to pay fur.There is a scratch on one of the planks of the floor, but the customer isn't satisfied that any of the repair people are capable.We have asked her what would make her happy, as we have apologized and want to get this settled.We have asked what kind of monetary compensation would she accept, but she continues to say she just wants the scratched plank on her floor repaired.We have exhausted all avenuesWe are more than happy to pay her asking settlement

We were under the impression we had already addressed the customers issues.We have since been in touch with the customer and believe everything was handled to his satisfaction

Tuesday, November 11, 2016 at about 4.00 pm, we received a phone call from Mr. [redacted] telling us that he’s missing 3 black garbage bags with personal items.   We immediately checked the truck which was used on his move and found the 3 garbage bags inside a wardrobe box. We informed the client of our discovery and delivered his belongings the same evening. We were not aware of any theft accusation on his part. That was clearly a human error and as soon as we received the complaint, we took action and the client was satisfied.   We reached out to Mr. [redacted] several times the past few days to ask about the filing of this complaint and he denied that he wrote it.   Thank you in advance.
