Review: I feel like its been along time working in this. I paid them 2500 to get me a grant to start a business. I never hear from this company at all only if I call. I feel like its been long enough. If I heard from them more often and felt like I was apart of this deal so that we could work on it in a more hands on deal it would be better. I just feel I spent a lot of money and time for nothing.Desired Settlement: I would like to hear from them more often to talk about things need to be changed to speed the process along if any. Obtain the grant that we been working on or the payment of 2500 refunded back to me.

I have spoken to Mr. [redacted] and we have resolved the problem. He says he is not unhappy with our work and we have agreed to begin monthly reporting to him instead of the regular bimonthly reporting. Also I have done an evaluation of his case and have drawn up a longer outline which both involve him more in the process and give us better information to work from.

Mr. [redacted] will be writing you a letter telling you the same that our conflict has been resolved. I hope that your very disrupting reports of people on the internet reflects our prompt effort at solving any problems we every have.

Review: After signing a contract with [redacted] of Global Outreach Grant Writing, I requested many times to get records or any kind of documentation that potential grantors were contacted. Mr. [redacted] refused to provide that documentation. He did supply a list of companies that were supposedly contacted. I checked on these and some were out of business, and others indicated they had no such contact from Global Outreach. He refused to forward any proof in the form of online applications, emails or tracking numbers. I find that Mr. [redacted], a self-proclaimed pastor of a church, to be very disingenuous. After repeated attempts at getting any verification for these supposed applications, he sent nothing. When I asked for the verification of the contacts made, he became indignant and refused to provide anything. I have now come to the conclusion that he has not performed his services as agreed upon since he has not and will not supply reasonable and customary documentation. I highly recommend NOT dealing with this company.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund $500

Ms [redacted] came to me almost begging me to take on her project and then has harassed me to death the whole time, even calling me after hours and during the weekend. and even at 6 am in the mourning. We have provided list of the contacts made on her behalf but to this point none have any interest in her project. She has never provided us with adequate information to even do this project. She has only been a client for four months but yet seems to think that a grant will come over night. Also she has hired another grant writer who has asked me several time for a list of my clients and grant sources. It seems to me that she is a secret grant writer herself in partnership with a Mr. [redacted]. I have worked hard at building a legitimate business over the years and will not be strong armed by this person. Not only that, but she has on several occasions bothered me with unwanted information about her ex husbands as well as has tried to have me look at her nude ungodly art work and has made constant referenced to how bad it is in the USA. I am a happily married ex naval reserve member and I highly resent this. She should go back to her country. I also have not appreciated her continuous personal insults as this very unprofessional.We have sent her the procedure for her to follow if she wants to legally demand a refund. However we will follow the terms set out in our agreement. So far as her contacting grantors I would doubt that they would talk to her since they don't know her nor do they have the proof that she is herself when calling. Also she probably doesn't have current addresses as she is not a current with her information. Now, we will handle this through our legal department and rest assured this will be settled soon. I would hope that in this case the Revdex.com would assist me getting rid of this bad situation that I wished I had never entered into. Please to any other grant writers out there avoid this client.
