I am one of the dealer over 10 years work with this company and I find out this company is not trusted because They been charge me more money than it’s supposed to be my contract is finish they don’t wanna give me 25,000 deposit back The sales man never help I recommend that everybody want to deal with this company to not do it

The rim on my car was damaged at a car wash owned by Global Partners, the business is ***, ***. The rubber guards that guide your tire into the car wash were worn through to the metal underneath. This caused the metal to scrape against my rim, thus damaging it. I mentioned this to the manager on duty, ***. She took pictures and checked the video footage on June 24th 2019 at 5:17pm. She referred my claim to claims manager *** at Global Partners who never followed up with me. I called the manager *** back one month later and she reached out to the claims manager again who this time called me once and left a voicemail on Sept. 19th 2019. I could not pick up because I was at work. I have since then called him no less than 10 times and have left him about 8 voice mails, all to no avail. I have now been trying to get my car fixed for 4 months and would appreciate a resolution.

My case was closed by Revdex.com but it is not resolved, nor did I know they were awaiting feedback from me. I was finally contacted by the business and then I sent them a quote for the damage and never heard back from them again since last week. Please re-open this.

Yesterday, 05/20/18 at roughly 5:00PM, I purchased Gasoline at the *** in Orono, ME located at ***, owned by Global LP. I drive a *** 6, the gas tank holds 16.400 gallons when completely empty, I was at 1/2 a tank. Meaning I needed roughly 8.000 gallons of gas. I put the pump in, selected mid-grade and put the pump on auto (pulled the lever up and locked in in place). I stepped inside to get a bag from the employee to pick up trash around the pump, this took a matter of seconds. When the tank is full, normally the pump stops automatically. I got outside, and saw a man on a motorcycle trying to stop my pump, when I noticed gas spilled covering pumps 7, 8, 9 and 10 (on the ground). I went over and saw gas spilling out of my gas tank, because it was overfilled. The man and I struggled to get the pump to stop, it did not stop, even with the lever in the off position. We pumped the lever and it finally stop. The bill was for 18.007 gallons of gasoline, costing $53 and some change. I went inside to talk to the employee, and he said he could not help me, and I would have to wait until the morning to speak to a manager. He did though, print me a receipt. I was covered in gas, my car was covered in gas, and so was the man on the motorcycle. I was late for work.

The next day, (today, 5/21/18) I went in and spoke with a manger, ***, he said he couldn’t help me, and to speak with the GM. I found the GM, who did not introduce himself, so I can’t provide his name, he also wasn’t wearing a name tag. I explained my situation, he also said, he couldn’t help me, accused me of breaking the law, and said I was liable and if he wanted to he could charge me for the cleanup, was incredible rude and disrespectful. Did not appologize for what happened or offer any sympathy. I asked for corporates number and he said google it and walked away.

I’m a *** delivery driver. I purchase roughly $400.00 of gas a week. All at the Sunoco, plus dinner and energy drinks for work which amounts to almost $200.00 a week. I’m a loyal customer, and only use the Sunoco for my gas.

All I want is to be refunded for the gas I did not use. Even if you don’t want to believe my tank was at halfway. Let’s say it was completely empty that’s 1.607 gallons of gas I was charged for that I shouldn’t have been, because of the pump malfunction. I also want an apology from both *** and the General Manager for the disrespect I received.

This is no way to conduct a business or treat a customer.

Mr. ***, Global's Senior Director of Operations, called Mr. on Monday, July 23rd regarding his concerns. As part of that conversation, Mr. learned that the local leadership team had previously addressed Mr. concerns and provided him with a $25.00 gift card. Mr. addressed Mr. concerns again and apologized for any inconvenience he may have suffered. Mr. likewise approved an additional gift card for $50.00 and invited Mr. to continue as a patron of Global's Site.
