I've been in that process for months now and the charges and statements keep coming despite having faxed in the cancellation documents I've been trying to fax them today and nothing but busy signals I could go on

Absolutely the worst business I have dealt with***, cryptic statements, dozens of phone calls with hours on hold to resolve even the simplest issue, spoke to the president's office who didn't even know their own billing practices and couldn't explain the billingIn addition, all of the customer service reps have never heard of reconciling a bill with a bank statement and could provide no information as to why their statements don't match what we are being billed forNo response to repeated inquiries, no answer to a prior Revdex.com complaint, waited for weeks for a tech support person to call, who never did, and exorbitant fees which don't match what were signed for in the contract, and no one in the company understands how it works or will resolve any issue, just forward you around, and say someone will call you back
Really, save your time and money, and avoid doing business with this organization at all costs!
