Review: My apartment managing company ([redacted]Tel [redacted]) assigned me Global Pest Control (GPC) to treat bedbugs, but this company when they set up appointments they won't give you an exact time when to come.They only tell you be in your home, bag all your stuff , furniture, mattresses... the exterminator will come to you between 8:00 AM-5:00PM, as if one has nothing to do all day.No kids should go or picked up from school -actually I have three kids ages (7-10-13)-,no shopping, cooking, working to do only sit in a chair for wheir exterminator to finish his job in the Bronx or wherever to come to Brooklyn to treat your home, and when they do come after 4:00 PM they will tell your to stay out for another 5 hours and come back at 9:00 PM as if the kids had no homeworks eating or taking showers. I explained to them that my wife can't stay all the day stuck at home , she had kids to pick up from school, and the exterminator has to come early before the kids come back from school because they might get sick from the chemicals used so you have to give the exact time. The secretary Ms E[redacted] said that's ok, the exterminator will come before 2:00PM and he will give you a call one hour before he comes to your home. It was 2:25 PM and the guy never showed up or called. The school [redacted] kept calling my wife to pick up the kids.Now they claim that this their guy came and there was nobody at home to let him in , so now they are trying to bill me by imposing a $ 48.99 overcharge on my monthly rent for that which is illegal and a violation of the lease agreement since there's no clause in the lease that states that a third party business such as GPC can get paid by charging you fees. I also have to report that their guy even missed for another appointment but I never asked GPC for any compensation, not to mention that even after two treatments my home is still infested with bedbugs.Desired Settlement: Abstain from overcharging my monthly rent because it's a violation of the conditions and terms of the rental agreement, service not rendered and issue not related to rental issues
