I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
Again Anderson Water is not being truthfulAs a reminder from my original complaint, Anderson never tested GPM from our wellAgain, if that had been done from the beginning, we would have had better information on the purchase of their system.We were told by Anderson, we needed a new drain, after the system flooded our laundry room* * * Plumbing, from ***, NY came to the cottage on July 9th, They checked our pump, lines and put in a new drain at our cost of $811.33, invoice #***Anderson was called again, due to lack of waterAgain is was a different suggestion to us from the technicianTech suggested we needed a new pump for our wellAgain * * * plumbing came out and assured us that our pump was fine and maybe we needed a new wellWe had *** ** Drilling, ***, NY come to the cottage and reconditioned our well, that cost us and additional $for that to be doneThey basically cleaned out sediment and particles from the well itselfThey also verified nothing was wrong with our pumpWe had Anderson Water came again at the end of AugustWe CONTINUED to run out of water each time the "system ran", even after we had done everything they suggestedWe had them at that time have the system run one tank at at time, every other day as suggested by *** **ll DrillingIt FINALLY could run and not run out of waterOur well people also stated we were sold way to much equipment and paid way more than we should have.Again, we are asking for a refund for the systemHad they done a GPM from the beginning we would have known we have a well that is slow to fill due to the quantity of water required to complete regeneration of the system.Thank you, Regards, *** ***

Revdex.com received message from consumer on behalf of the business: Please note that Anderson Water (ID [redacted]) has installed additional equipment at no extra charge to us. This was just installed Saturday so this issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help.

The customer's [redacted] Credit Card, through Citi, has now been refunded.  Our company had processed the refund through [redacted] once we realized that the water filtration equipment was not going to be installed, however, there was a glitch between [redacted] and Citi that was holding the...

refund from processing.  We had constant communication with [redacted] throughout the process to correct the issue for Mrs. Seeler and apologize for any inconvenience to her.

Upon review of the complaint by Mrs. [redacted], regarding the installation of the water filtration equipment at her residence, we did explain to Mrs. [redacted] that her well pump is in need of replacement.  The well pump at the residence is old and is only putting out 3 gallons per minute of...

water.  This is below any well pump rating.  In order for the systems installed in her home to operate, the system recommends six gallons per minute.  Mrs. [redacted] will need to have her well pump replaced and then we will be happy to return to ensure the system is working properly. have reviewed the complaint Mrs. [redacted] has sent to the Revdex.com. In reviewing the
complaint, I have attached Mrs. [redacted]'s signed service order and notes. Per
the sheet signed by Mrs. [redacted] at the installation of the water filtration
system, it clearly states that the pre and post filters of the...

drinking water
system must be changed once per year and the post filter must be replaced every two years,with the exception stated, "**Depending on the total dissolved solids in your water." This is also stated in the homeowner's manual. Our
company installed the water filtration and drinking water system on September
9, 2014 and the customer has never
replaced the filters on the drinking water system. As documented and time stamped in our computer program, Mrs. [redacted] called on November 20, 2015, on June 29, 2016, June 30, 2016 and July 28,
2016, to have the filters replaced and declined and cancelled each appointment
to replace the filters. Each time a customer calls our office to schedule an
appointment, our staff is trained to tell the customer the cost of the filters
and the cost of the service call; in the event that the customer does not want the filters delivered via USPS, to change themselves. As per my email to Mrs. [redacted], we will be glad to set up a time to replace the filters or mail the filters, for a fee. Thank you for your time with this matter! Sincerely, Santina G.
