We have no dispute on the refund, and will cheerfully refund the entire amount in full as per the written agreement with her
The customer is entiled to a full refund as per the terms of the agreement and the date we logged her initial advisement of the cancellation
"text-decoration: underline;">We are simply waiting for her written request (as per the terms of the contract) to issue the refund. As per the terms of the agreement she signed a request for cancel must be a physical letter, not an email or phone call, sent by certified or registered mail
There is no problem on our end, we are just awaiting the written request to process the refund as per the agreed terms of the contract
