Review: You see, we operate a small engineering that operates in several locations inside and outside the US and in Asia. This disruption in communications has cost us several business opportunities do to time sensitive

material not being received. We have missed deadlines of proposals and responses. This interns means we lost potential revenue. Our customers know us by using this domain and this is why we kept these addresses.

On January 22, 2015 we paid in full one year subscription for email services. We have been a customer to this provider [redacted] for over 20 years.

However in the last 4 to 5 weeks we have trying to restore email access and to this day, we have not gotten any access.

1st contacted them on March 3 about not being able to access our email accounts. It took two weeks to gain access.

Called 3 times prior to these dates just to get our email access back. Then called them on these date 3/19; 3/23, 3/25, 3/26 and 3/28.

When we called on 3/23 we were provided a trouble ticket #[redacted]. When we called on the 3/23 the tech rep said we have no record of this issue.

Finally, I called on the March 28th can confirmed that tech support was outsourced and they had no control over our issue. Tech support pointed us

in the direction of the parent company Global pops located in:
