[Your Answer Here]
Dear Revdex.com, The response of Global Premier Asset Services is an attempt to disregard this issue- as they have done since the purchase date because they were not able to secure a clear deed and title to the propertyAttached you will find proof of our conversations regarding this issueThe management of the company (Stephanie and Jason) have attempted to gain the deed and title to give to me- but have been unsuccessfulI purchased a warranty deed for the property that they could not provideAs a result, they attempted to write a New York State deed (quit claim deed) for the property located in KentuckyThe Kentucky court would not allow this- it was rejectedSo at this point I do not have a valid deed or title for the property- which I need both as this property is a mobile home on landAttached you will find proof of our conversations regarding this matterThis issue has continued for years because the company expects me to just keep waitingBut this is very inconvenient for me- there is a cash buyer living in the property for one year- I can not gain payment for the property because Global Premier can not give me the deed and titleAfter one year of waiting, I began contacting authorities seeking help for my situationAfter I contacted the Attorney Generals office- the company became angry and stopped responding to meThey want me to just take this loss and go awayI ask that the Revdex.com please hold this company responsible for what they have doneA fair remedy would be for Global Premier Asset Services to write me a check for $10,to cover my losses in this propertyThis is a very generous offer- if I have to sue them my attorney will seek many fees well beyond $10,The property is currently valued at $25,(after the repairs were made) Sincerly,*** ***6/**/
In order for the Revdex.com to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above
Sincerely,

In response to the so called complaint of [redacted]. The deed was actually sent twice once to [redacted] and the second time it was sent to her realtor via [redacted] on April [redacted], 2015 See Below: *This can still be tracked on [redacted] tracking number provided below please see proof of...

Deed delivery* Tracking number [redacted] Delivered Signed for by: [redacted] Actual delivery: Fri 4/**/2015 9:** am [redacted] Deed has been provided twice at no expense to the buyer. This was a Deeply Discounted Wholesale transaction (Not a retail transaction). Sold Thousands of Dollars BELOW its Value and sold as is. We do have on file that [redacted] did call back wanting her deed claiming she had not still received one after the fact of sending her real estate agent the deed (as seen proof above), as that was who we dealt with. Our company went through the proper methods in order to have a new deed obtained for her as the previously mailed deed she claimed she had not received went missing, even though the mailing address provided by her agent was used and a signature was provided by [redacted] that documents were received, at no charge to [redacted] a new deed was mailed to her on August [redacted], 2015. After sending [redacted] her second deed we never heard from her again, our company assumed after they received the deed that all parties were satisfied but now almost a year later we get this complaint with the same story of not receiving a deed to the property it feels as if we are back to square one with this situation. Unfortunately we see we could not make [redacted] 100% satisfied. We do understand that not all clients can be 100% satisfied. But to those clients who thank us and our repeat buyers we greatly appreciate your business ! Unfortunately we see we could not make [redacted] 100% satisfied.

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved.
Sincerely,
[redacted]
