GPS was the company that did my house remodel in spring of Part of that remodel included rewiring the electric for the whole house and for a new spa On 5/11/I let the project manager Rudy know in email that the wiring for my spa requires #wiring and I had very specific instruction sheets and a wiring diagram that needed to be followed so my spa warranty was not voided
Last week I had serious issues with my SPA overheating and wouldn't shut offThe SPA technician came out and showed me that the wiring was not correct on my main electrical panel or my emergency shut off panel for the spaApparently Kyle (electrician that GPS utilized for my remodel) did not use #wiring for all wires like the documentation states is requiredThe technician stated that the ground wire in both panels is the wrong size and there was question if the SPA wire was too small for the distance it was run - apparently if its over 150ft run, the wire needs to go up in size

I had a leak behind the washing machine in a property I handle, no idea how long it had been leaking but the drywall was wet collapsing from the wall when it was noticed by the tenant. I called GPS on the recommendation of an associate and GPS dealt with the tenant, sealed the area, laid plastic on all the walk ways through the house and did beautiful work. They removed app 8 ft of wall, replaced plumbing, drywall, base boards and textured and painted the area to match the room. I am happy, my property owner is happy and the tenant is happy, what more can you ask for. I highly recommend them for water damage.

Global Prevention Services has provided professional & knowledgeable services in our remodelling project of an older home. They provided quality workmanship in building in a loft and niche. As we worked on the house and found further work to be done, they were available for further texturing and needed repairs. They offered reasonable estimates and completed the jobs in a timely manner. All the tradesman were professional, responsible, and neat. The office staff were efficient in their communication and submittals of estimates as we went along. Their staff have been a pleasure to work with.and we would definitely recommend them.
