I am rejecting this response because:First, I have hired an attorney and am suing for a full concrete replacement The concrete, which was there for years and did not have a single crack, not even an eye lash thick crack, is broken into more than large pieceIt is unusable now for basketball It disintegrates by the day, and we have not yet gotten to the winter when freezing water renders it a pile of junk I have a full package of more than before and after photographs that is accompanying the lawsuit, and anyone viewing the before and after will simple be shockedI am sure the jury I requested will agree I don't believe one can find a more horrible experience Simply astonishingIn the few weeks after he left, the concrete has essentially shattered everywhere, all along the drill holes he places to pump mud under the slab More proof in my lawsuit includes many emails where I was guaranteed by the defendant that the concrete would be level (more than inches off and rolling like waves on the sea), and guaranteed it would not crack during the lifting process (it has fallen apart) Before I signed the contract, I had him change the word to include "LEVEL", which he did, and the result is not even closeI have that contract of course.I would be happy to post before and after photos on this Revdex.com site, but my attorney suggested I save all of this for the lawsuit When all of this is settled, I do plan on posting them on the Internet site I have created to appear on search results in NJ for concrete repair, lifting, leveling, and mud packing I want to be sure that anyone searching for a service such as I did, in NJ, will be presented on page of their search result, what this contractor has done to me.In addition, after I paid him, with the understanding he would come back to fill some holes, and improve the work, he stopped 100% responding to my emails, text messages, and phone calls After weeks I sent him a fake email, with a different email address, posing as a potential new customer He responded immediately, and when I told him who I was, and asked him why he had not replied, he said exactly "I am replying nowI am done with you" I have emails supporting all of my claims, his guarantees and promises, and his failure to reply after getting his check Do NOT hire this man! You will be sorryYou will regret it Not only did he not provide the service I paid him for (a level concrete slab), he destroyed was there prior Regards,

I am in receipt of the complaint from my customer in Cream Ridge, NJ First, I wish to point out that my company operates with almost 100% customer satisfaction.It is very unfortunate that this customer from the beginning of the job to the end was indicating his unhappiness.I tried in every
way to satisfy him but without any successNever the less, I was paid in full for as he tells you, poor quality work.With respect to the job, the (concrete basketball court) was constructed of six concrete slabs and totally out of level.We raised all slabs more than inches and unless you use a microscope it looked just fine.This job was completed just rightIt was never a professional court and therefore couldn't be turned in to one.We are always ready and willing to work and satisfy our customers, but unfortunately there are very few exceptions where its impossible to achieve complete satisfaction since the expectations are totally out of any reason.Hope that this will help you to clear this situation.
